I can recommend this game for anyone who likes to command that niche between smaller unit size and divisions. You command a Battlegroup (Basically a combination of Infantry and Tanks with Combat Support) in a sort of Regimental level. The missions are pretty straight forward, you get a little of background info and whatever intelligence collected before the start. Then its a go. You can remix your Batallions, put together diffrent combat support companys etc. The rest is pretty much opened up to you. How to approach the objective within the limits of advance, how to supply and support your units, etc. The enemy will adept, counter attack if possible.
The controls are a little clunky and you might need a little time to get used to the interface. The menus are a bit all over the place.
The developer is still very active, a few bugs I encounterd after an update got fixed at light speed, so this isnt a abandoned game or something.
