I actually discovered this game while browsing the Nintendo eShop way back then, didn't realize this game had a Steam version until I did the free demo of Zone 1 again recently, got curious to see if it was here, and now that I have a laptop, I can actually enjoy this game in its entirety! Starting things off, you'll get this very well made cinematic intro, and possibly, immediately become hooked to the 80's style synthwave music! It's always great to listen to. It's similar to the game Tomb of the Mask, where you slide around the map collecting dots and bonuses. If you enjoy puzzles and a fast paced atmosphere, and the 8bit arcade atmosphere, you'll definitely love this! If you get far enough in the game, you'll even be able to customize the themes and sounds of the game! Now, this is not an easy game, you will be murdered at basically every corner, by anything that isn't a bonus or a coin on the map, and you'll require fast reflexes and strategy by thinking ahead and planning out every move. Challenge yourself to complete each and every level perfectly, and as fast as you can! It's very satisfying to finally beat that level you were on for so long, repetition and practice is key, and by the way, you're also able to zoom in and out of the map with the spacebar. And I cannot say enough about the soundtrack, I swear, this game deserves more love and attention, it's absolutely amazing, and the game even comes with a music player that you can have running in the background, you know, to unwind after a long play session of mildly infuriating obstacles that you finally overcame =w= 11/10 game, definitely give this game a try, enjoy it :3
