The update last night made everything work and me and my friends could play perfectly. But it updated again today and I ran into the same problems I had before. I sent you a friend request so we can try and fix some of these problems.

good but multiplayer is useless because this is a small indie game

Seems like it could be fun. HOWEVER, we played classic mode and it was fine. Then tried the other 2 modes and they were completely broken. Nobody showed up on the screen and the camera wasn't even in the correct spot. Other than that, there is way too much movement. There was no chaos because you tap to move twice and you shoot across the map. The people who won moved very slowly and just outlasted everyone. Also, the camera is way too close to the action. Once the camera shake mechanic starts, half the time it moves off the action. When a round ends, half the people went to the next round screen and the others sat and waited for the clock to run out before we could continue. Suggestions: Have more of an acceleration mechanic. Not moving to top speed is currently like 2 or 3 clicks. Make it like 10. Stop the camera shaking. Just stop. You're trying too hard. Zoom out. Bug fixes. I love silly party games and this could be really fun. The dev seems rather active in here which is the whole reason I'm taking the time to type this out. If there's a time frame for these fixes, I'd definitely check it out again. I really want to recommend this game.

It's fast paced in the fact that if you try to move in any direction you shoot off the map. Maps are far too small for how much pull you have. Makes it unplayable.

Update: The developer seems to be listening to feedback, has added new content, and has removed some of the grind. As promised, I've changed my review to a thumbs up. Original review: Great concept, badly implemented. Maps and modes are hidden behind a lot of grinding. I purchased this game because my nephews enjoy other shared-screen versus games like Stick Fight, Havocado, Gang Beasts, etc. The jelly-pushing mechanic and control scheme are clever, but the game artificially extends itself by holding back content. Modes like Race or Custom and different levels are unlocked by slowly leveling up. It took nearly an hour to open up the Race mode (level 5), by playing the same ten levels over and over. I understand wanting to give players a sense of progression, but we would've appreciated a Freeplay option with everything available. If that were added, I'd gladly change my review.

Good concept but the gameplay is lacking and the menu's are incredibly intrusive, half the time i die because my character is completely covered by the bottom text

I really love this game! It's very fun, It looks nice and doesn't hurt my eyes, and the music is a bop! If you have the time and money please check this game out! Although this doesn't mean the game is perfect. The game can be a bit laggy at times (mostly online). And it's also difficult to find players online. But even with the flaws, this is a very fun and cool game that I think is worth your time.

If you're on the fence about getting this game, try out Jelly Brawl Classic, the free version of this game that offers the classic mode. If you like what you see, the full version is definitely worth the price. The full game supports two additional game modes, online support, and a custom level builder. Each of the new game modes, race and hit & go, use the same mechanics as the classic mode but offer new twists and allow players to refine their jelly handling techniques to remain victorious I personally have been following this game for a while, and I'm super proud of Cole for all of his work in getting the game to where it is today :) Edited to fix formatting

I love this game, even during the early demos months ago, but I can't help but feel that it's missing some things to make it more motivating to play. I don't feel like there's much to play for with progression. I don't pay much attention to goals, because a lot of the time I can't do them, and they are limitless and random. The rewards are all around the same too.. The experience bar also increases so slowly that I don't want to see it increase a tiny amount every round for 5 seconds. I think that the experience bar should extend across the screen so that you will have a better view of what you gain. An indication of the experience you earn, or what you had after the bar increases would let me see more clearly how much I've progressed. I really want unlocks to actually show what I get. When it says I unlocked a new level, I have no idea what the level looks like until I search for it in a game mode. When I'm on the early levels I don't even get to find the level because I'm guessing it's behind a locked game mode. A thumbnail would be very nice, like the ones I seen on the race mode. (That's the only mode I've unlocked so far) I don't know how regions work. Am I choosing my preferred region, or am I choosing the only region I'm searching for games on? I wouldn't want to change the settings 12 times just to find a game with people in it. I really don't like the join game feature and quick join. The join game feature is more like joining a private game, so I think selecting join game should show you all the available game lobbies with its region and ping amount. The achievements keep me motivated at least. I would really love to see more development with the races, such as adding challenges and achievements such as beating them within a time limit.
