I recommend the game for the puzzles not for the story. 6.5/10.

Compared to the first part it's definitively getting better. The controls are working fine now and the mouse cursor changes if you can zoom in on a place you are facing.
The hints are now sometimes actually helpful, but they tell you things that should be mentioned anyways (like connect all the dots, not only enough to go from start to end visiting every picture, etc). It seems inspired by The Room, with many more complex machinations, instead of searching through entire rooms for buttons, which is good.
A lot more story, at first rather complicated but it is explained later (sometimes maybe too much story? An 8 minutes video, wow)
I could as well recommend the game as not, it is ok, and still beautiful. But the 91% positive reviews left me expecting much more, so I'd rather counteract that a bit.
Lots of interesting puzzles.
The graphics, animations and sound effects are well done.
Some of the voice acting is terrible.
What's with the 3 stupid speed-run achievements !!!!
I did 2 playthroughs to get all the achievements and had to use a guide on occasion. Some of the puzzles are unclear what has to be done.
