Amazing remake. While I enjoyed it from the beginning, there was always something tickling the back of my mind that said while it was great, it wasn't complete without Rime. No more. Rime has been added. This is now the ultimate version of Myst, and replaces all older versions.

This is now the definitive version of Myst/RealMyst to me (unless you're super partial to day/night cycles) even though I personally still don't much like the 3D models (I liked them in Riven for the most part!). The Rime update is stellar and adds a bunch of really nice content, both to read and to play. Reading the journals reminded me of the best parts of Myst IV, I consider that a good thing.
Who'd have thought we'd still be getting quality content 30 years later? Thanks Cyan.

"Myst: The Surrealistic Adventure That Will Become Your World" :) This is a wonderful remake of the classic Myst! The full-3D is amazing, the details are so nice, & it's great to be able to walk "off the beaten path"! And the latest "Rime" update is fantastic! Definitely play this game!

VR stuff is awesome addition and they have supported this game for quite awhile even just adding in the extra map now. I miss the older classic artistic look of Myst but the graphics here are nice too.

I have only one complaint: every time you do a bad ending (specifically, to get one of the achievements), you have to watch the end credits with no chance of skipping them. If you could add a patch to give you an option to skip the end credits, that'd be great. Other than that, I have no issue. Though the computerized design of the characters was awful, you don't see them very often (well, other than Sirrus and Achenar). The addition of randomized puzzles is pretty cool. Recommended to anyone who enjoyed the original,

A classic puzzle game, albiet a tad frustrating at times. Requires patience and curiosity.
Also, know that sometimes clicking and holding on an object will elecit a different response than just clicking on it repeatedly.
