fantastic game, reliving my childhood

I had this on the Commodore Amiga many years ago. Simple, yet addictive.

Played this as as kid. loved it. spent hours on it in my room. nothing changes

I love boxing but the 'booking a fight' is so cumbersome ugh

It's a very comprehensive boxing simulator capable of keeping you awake till your boxers become champions.

First impression: No............. but it is accurate with the trailer video/pics The concept is cool being able to travel to the fights and go outside to the office and gym etc, but the game falls apart outside of that. The fights are boring and hard to keep up with unless you seriously want to sit there and read 100 sentences while they describe whats going on every round. The training is horrible/boring and doesnt give you any details. I also think there is a sound issue. Couldnt hear anything Overall the game seems clunky and uninteresting. Didnt get a solid 3 minutes of fun or anticipation and when I did, it was all let down. Bought as soon as it came out and refunded an hour or less later.

Played this when i was a kid and i loved it back then...and i still do now, they sure don't make games like this anymore. This game is for you if you are a retro fan.

As a simulation lover this has potential in competitive rankings with npc's. Once you have learned to get the matches planned for the battle in the ring, i found it fun.

Loved this as a kid and still do now , i have the Amiga emu of it to but i thought i'd buy it on steam just as a keep sake , if you're a boxing fan and get the concept its enjoyable , its a shame though they never made a new version of it with some kind of fight camera to go with the commentary , hell i would'nt care if it looked like Sports TV boxing it would add to the game alot . Might not be for everyone but its a thumbs up from me . I wish they had done and Amiga port for this though so you could hear the fight sounds i.e shots landing and the bell for each round
