Fun, light, challenging, puzzle game with a quirky theme. I definitely enjoyed my time with it. If you like the cutesy look, and enjoy puzzle elements, then jump in. Doesn't appear to have sold well, I hope they find some future success, as it is deserved.

What at first might seem like a silly little game, is actually a very complicated strategy game that will make you think seven steps ahead. I really enjoyed the difficulty of it and the story line. Just like in a good RPG game, choices matter and you need to be wise about them. Well done developers, this was a little unexpected gem-surprise! Great sound effects and design. It is a mood boost for sure.

Fun puzzle/strategy/rpg-ish game! Manage your team of birds as they try to negotiate their way through hostile territory, as their emotional states change in response to what's happening, which changes how well they can handle the situations they wind up in... The gameplay involves placing your characters on a grid, to determine who will negotiate with each enemy, visible around the outside of the grid; it's interesting trying to balance concerns like "who can stand to potentially take some hits" against "what state should my party be in before the next big encounter" and "I wonder if I have time to detour them to collect more of the level-up seeds on another part of the emotional map".... and of course, you don't have total control over how things go, so it's always a risk/reward thing that requires changing your plan on the fly... The aesthetic is cute, and the story is surprisingly poignant! It's worth mentioning that it's kind of buggy as of the time of this review, but the devs are still actively fixing bugs (the worst ones have already been addressed!), so it probably won't be a problem for much longer.

Very charming little game! The bird voices are super cute and it has a sweet, complete story. I will say that I was a little frustrated by the core gameplay design at times. In particular, the fact that winning or losing a conflict is determined simply by a random % chance lead to me losing on 80%s that felt quite negative. Compounding on that, if I needed a bird to become more confident and then they lost a conflict they were favored in and thus became more cautious then it was extremely frustrating. There were also some times when I felt very much railroaded into arranging my birds in a specific pattern with little freedom to make interesting decisions. That being said, I really loved the concept overall and I especially loved the way that the emotions of birds change based on how they're positioned. Combining that with the seed leveling mechanic was brilliant and I enjoyed the minigame of figuring out how to arrange them to level them up as quick as possible. The story and art are super cute and it's a short and sweet game that I can definitely recommend to people who like birds and wholesome stories.
