I am a big fan of polyhedra, not something with a big fan base but i'm very passionate about it so when I went searching on steam for games relating to polyhedra I was pleasantly surprised to find anything at all. That being said I don't find myself enjoying the game all that much. I can't tell if the controls, are just from this sort of genre (which I am rather unfamiliar with), more akin with older games, or if they're just difficult. Same with the difficulty in general, I can't tell if it's hard because this is something i'm new to, just not balanced correctly, or from the aforementioned controls. I did like the mechanics and unlock system but wasn't able to make use of them due to the difficulty of the game meaning I only got to unlocking the first few. I would love to see more done with the concept of polyhedra in games especially with how many different categories of polyhedra there are. I can see why this game used the Platonic and Archimedean solids but imagine if it added the Catalan solids, the uniform star polyhedra, or the Johnson solids. There's a lot that could be done in the area with video games and it's exciting to see in practice here. It's also a little surprising that this game didn't have multiplayer as playing against the bots is fine but if I could set it up to play with my friends it could be a lot more fun even with my difficulty with the controls. All in all despite the weird controls and general difficulty I think this game is worth a try, maybe you'll be better than me.
