It's fun in its primordial state. Pure and brutal.Music and art-style need a completely different topic to discuss them fully.Music is addictive and you are going to wake up with it, still playing in your head, and the art and the plot of the game deserve it's own insane cartoon.Difficulty growing with Ed, the higher and more popular he and you became in this Astro Arena, the more difficult it became to go further and return your own face. The Game is unforgiving, for the player as much as for the character. So if you are not afraid to lose your face, and have bravery and self-esteem, if u love vicious cartoons like Rick and Morty and platformer games like Cuphead, actually if you love anything with the spice of violence in it, this game will be as much your cup of tea, as it was for me.

Jesus F*cking Christ! What kind of horrible abomination is this? Is this game for real? Or, I think real question here is; is this f*cking turd a videogame? I have played some bad games in my life but never have played a game that gave me physical pain from playing just in 20 minutes. Art style is nice and that's it. Other than that this f*cking donkey sh*t doesn't have a single redeeming quality.
- Character movement is f*cked up beyond belief. Dodging small things near impossible
- Controlling the character is unresponsive. Feels heavy and clunky
- There isn't any sound when you hit an enemy. So, you don't understand if you are hitting the enemy or not. Hit detection is glitchy
- There isn't a clear explanation on levels about how to get a gold medal
- There isn't a cool jingle or melody for the monster show you are in part of.
Overall it's a low effort donkey sh*t! And of course it is made in F*CKING UNITY! I'm not even surprised anymore. Whenever I play a game that is vomit inducing, I immediately know that it is made in UNITY

Bought for the clearly excellent music and animation. I'd have been on it sooner were it a full platformer, rather than an arena fighter.
But happily it's very witty and enjoyable - thumbs up :)

It's fun at first but the game has a lot of small bugs that lower the impression from the game. Another thing are the arenas. Often I don't understand what I'm required to do to get the gold or even the silver medal.
The movment of the character is strange making dodging almost impossible.
The only thing holding the game from total imbalance is the air dash that makes the character invulnerable.
I played a game named Grime recently. It's a little similar to Redneck Ed in regard of battle pacing, but has a parry mecanic. Maybe this could change the game and make it better?

☐ yes i bought this game year ago. i had paid the high price for this beautiful art work,
☐ this game has quite nice good music
☐ colors and drawings with graphics are amazing
☐ all the designs and mechanics are spectacular
☐ there are little bugs that i had faced in starting and in the game also
☐ play through of the game is little bit difficult
☐ key binding is very tough to be honest.
if you want to buy this game. ok sure buy it. but when its on half price.
because the game developer already have reduced the actually price which was high year before

Good music, nice art style, silly story but unfortunately ruined by the fact that it's frustrating and not in a fun motivating way. Like I want to like the game and there are elements that I do enjoy (Again, good music, art style, story.) but i just can't get past the issues it has. The difficult curb is more of a wall than a curb that you have to run into repeatedly to try and climb with slowly dished out upgrades/tools.
Also the controls and abilities are klutzy. I've had issues where the game can't make up it's mind if the air-dash and roll if it'll give invincibility frames or not. The attacks don't seem like they connect sometimes. Most of the fights past the first two in stone land are filled with extremely cheap deaths till you managed to grind out certain upgrades and even then I found myself not really caring to continue to keep playing.
It's a great concept but a very flawed execution.

Could have been better. Don't let your expectations fool you. Animations look good, but controls are clunky and unresponsive. It's not comfortable to play this game. Overall the game feels exactly like games that were made in Flash in early 2000s. I hope that developers keep on gaining experience in order to create better, polished games in the future.

Everything about the game when it starts points to a fantastic game. But the clunky and unrealiable moves spoil it all. With fun stages all built around reacting quick to enemies and enviroment, controls that doesnt feel responsive enough simply kill the fun.

Good idea, bad implementation. Just to buggy. I'd ask for a refund if it wasn't too late. Might be good when fixed, but the controls are super clunky and game bugs in a lot of places.

Pretty good funny artwork and... that's it.
20mn in it and ok. you get the overall quality.
Repetitive, not interesting fights. Slow controls responses. Feels heavy and clunky.
No voices or any jingles sounds for an intergalactic TV show story line. Only poor moves and strikes sounds on top of an average music.
High price for what it is if not on sales like today 90% off.
If you hesitate then don't anymore and get something else. Even if it is on sales. I would not play it even if it was free.
I don't ask for a refund for the only reasons I paid less than 2$ and the cartoonist deserve to get paid for his good work...
