A C-lister with negative production value.
- Typewriter effect (a debilitating text stutter favoured by the illiterate.)
- Very cheap visuals (for characters, animations, backgrounds, comics, anything.)
- Rotten controls (WASD-based, no alternatives.)
- Miserable game mechanics.
- No separation of music and speech volumes.
- And so on.

Just start playing it. As a lover of JRPG and Super Heroes I could not fail to try it. Until now very interesting and with a good plot. I will update this review after collecting a few more hours. For now super recommended !!

Could use some work, but it is promising. Or that could be my love of superheroes talking. Hard to find stuff non-DC or Marvel.

Promising but still flawed.
Fans of oldschool JRPG combat and the delightfully cheesy superhero flavor we find in American comics will adore this.
I've also noticed that the creator is quite interactive with the community. A definite plus. I'll be returning to this game in due time after some more work and expansion took place.

Obviously a game in development, there is a ton of promise of the story and game play of this one. Love the character designs, looking forward to what comes next.

A good first episode for a superhero RPG. I liked that there are a few heroes to choose from and more will be coming in the future chapters. I also enjoyed the comic book style panels used for some of the special events. The only thing which I disliked was the begining, until you reach the city; I think it took a bit too long to end. Overall a good starting point for a RPG, with the second chapter already in works.

As a fan of comic books and super heroes, I am really enjoying the game so far.
The story is very entertaining and the art and voice acting are great.
Definitely worth the try.

This seems like a really fun superhero RPG turn based game and I really like the comic style and everything it had to offer... However... When you get past the opening intro, where the MC (Main Character) gets in with the new Boss and gets his first target: my game no longer works.
I tried restarting and resetting and reinstalling it, but nothing... So no fun game for me.

I was enjoying this game right up until I got to a non-skippable part of I needed to stop the truck. The problem with that particular mini-game is that I don't have enough time to avoid the flames, and I just keep getting killed. There must have been at least 2 times where I succeeded in emptying the truck's health bar (at least it looked that way), but where I still died from running into the fire immediately after. I must have tried that mini-game at least 20 times, but just can't do it and now have to quit playing the game.
Also, be aware that this game does not have a mini-map, which can make some places hard to find. There is a quest tracking system the in game, but I haven't fully worked out how it works yet, and given that I can't progress past the truck part, there's no point in my trying.
EDIT: Thank you to the developer for responding to me. I decided to try it again and actually got it first time! For anyone who may be stuck, the trick is to realise that when the animation of the thug with the machine gun pops up, stop firing and immediately go either above or below the truck. Then once he has finished firing at you, go back down and fireball the hell out of that truck. Rince and repeat.
This does leave me in an awkward position as I feel that I should amend the review, but I don't know what to say yet, so I will simply leave it as it is and try to write something better after I (hopefully) finish the game.
EDIT 2: Now that I've finished the game, I can give a review. I really liked the story and the combat was fun. The biggest problem I found was navigating my way around the city. Sometimes there is a yellow arrow that guides me to the quest, which is pretty good. But other times they expect me to know where the Dollhouse is, where the Coffee House is, where the warehouse is etc. There are no arrows directing you there. Most of those buildings do have signs, but I found the buildings to be so big that the names were not actually on my screen. In other words, I had to search the entire city to find those places. I only saw the signs once I'd found them. Also, finding the sewers in the South-west part of town was annoying. There is a section filled with manhole covers being blasted into the air by water. Surely that is the sewer entrrance right? Wrong - its where the stone steps meet the dirty water. To top things off, I was unable to complete either of the two sewer quests after finally finding the sewers. I found three wheels to turn that presumably empty a pool of water, but I never found the pool. Further, the wheels seem to automatically reset themselves once you leave the room (I think?). Fortunately, those quests don't appear to be mandatory.
