Not great, not terrible. Game is on very early stage.
So far game lacks many features that you would expect. No toilets, no delivery, no working parking system, people just walk to your store and roads are just a decoration.
There are about 5 main stores, 3 stopping isles and 2 vending machines. Within 1 hour your will build all possible stores. You can customise every surface and every object which is nice and you can add more "character" to your mall.
Overall game is far from finished product. If you have a "mall fever" then you can buy it and use as very basic but kinda pretty mall "painter" because economy is so basic that cash will never be an issue.
