The description of this game doesn't mention that enemies respawn infinitely, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but it takes them literally a few seconds to respawn. The only strategy here is to run and skip any fights with normal enemies completely. The game also doesn't allow to change the weapon the player uses, and doesn't explain some of it's mechanics well.
