i wanted to point out the the flaw in the game, but i can't, its because the whole game are flaw and rushed(especially in mid game), the quality doesn't match the price but overpriced. i feel like the studio wanted do something big, but end up rush everything in the end.
yes, i brought and finished the game, so u don't have to, save your money some where else.

what can I say. I'm a sucker for monster girls and yokai girls. gameplay might not be the best. but the art is worth it. and I wish there were more action h-games than just the constant flood of visual novels or puzzle games that lack any creative drive.
I hunger for more h-rpgs and action titles. this is one of the better ones. so trust me when you hear me say.. you'd prefer this over some of the dirt cheap ones.

A 2D platform action game inspired primarily by the Ghosts 'n Goblins series, with some unmistakable Castlevania references later on. The gameplay has a strong retro feel that provides a solid but fair challenge as players guide Youki-Chan across 8 stages in her battle to protect the human world against the demon army. The first playthrough is a solid 2-3 hours with plenty of room to replay the game by exploring different ways of progressing through levels and experimenting with the different weapons, and there's an option to record clear times for people that are interested in Time Attack play. Each stage features at least one unique gimmick or feature in it, and there are many areas that take full advantage of Youki's ability to climb walls and ceilings. The game features splendid work on the sprites and backgrounds, a memorable OST that captures the feel of each stage, and an interesting story + background, with the antagonist's final speech a personal highlight. The sole point of criticism is that the nameless human characters appear to use generic RPG Maker assets that clash with the rest of the game. It's a little unfortunate as the rest of the sprite work is great. The gargoyle girls in particular are a personal favorite, striking a great mix between "monster" and "girl".
As a ryona game, there's some content that may be offputting for a general audience, but if you don't mind it, then the gameplay alone is enough to be worth the price. And if ryona content is something you enjoy, then there are few games that are as well done in this area. The fatal finish mechanic in particular is a unique idea that allows for both the player and bosses to perform special finishers on each other. The contrast between Youki's pure personality and the violence she perpetrates against her enemies is a nice touch. An R-18 version of the game is being produced with completion expected in a few months, so if you're interested in seeing more of Youki-chan (in more than one way), then please follow the developer, 七草堂 / Nanakusado.
Steam Deck Experience: Unplayable
The graphics completely freak out regularly.
Note to Linux users: This game is unplayable using just Proton.
I played the R18 version. That's why I only have five minutes on this version. I played just long enough to see if they are the same game, and they are. 3.5 hours of my life I'd like back. It's so jank and unreasonable.

I played about 11 hours of this game so far (on different difficulties). The game is challenging and that is a good thing, it forces you to learn the enemies attack patterns and learn to get better. So if you screw up, you know what you did wrong and can try again. Each boss fight from stage 3 and onwards shows a real challenge and each victory feels like it is earned and not cheap.
The game does have save points at different parts of the stages (1/4, middle and before a boss fight) which helps out if you get so far and wish to take a break, then you can start over from at least half way through the stage or even before a big boss fight, which is refreshing for a side scroller game.
Wish the game was a little longer but for $15 and close to 10 hours of entertainment (If you play it from normal to hard difficulties like I did, then you are looking at even more if you are interested in a challenge for a side scroller game. Go into this game looking for simple controls and hard to master and you will love it.

It's a okay game if you want to explore the game with other music as i found this to be a silly little game that you can pick up and play for a little bit, yes even the r18 version which is just dlc on top of the vanilla game.

I wasnt expecting to actually have feels when i first bought the game. but if the game didnt have fetish elements, then id say it would be a pretty popular game. well flushed out characters, a nice narrative, a sympathetic villain and a meaningful message at the end. also the soundtrack is great

Monster Girls You-ki Chan is a mildly lewd side-scroller beat 'em up bout You-Ki, a demon girl's quest to save mankind from the gates of Hell.
Game-play
Move right and kill anything that moves. There are a variety of weapons to collect, each with their own play style. You can sneak up on enemies and assassinate them, and utilize special attacks against bosses. Overall, there isn't much to the game — just mash those keys and smash your foes.
Story
You play as a master demon warrior — sounds pretty badass, huh?
Well you're name's Pudding.
Pudding spent her former years killin' things. So, she decided to join humans and live among them. Entranced by love and goodwill, she abandoned her killin' ways. But the humans didn't like the way she look, and they would attack her. They would even attack each other, in the name of avarice. One day, the gates of Hell were opened, in response to mankind's exectional malice. The humans could not fend off the ensuing invasion, but Pudding chose to join their cause. She vowed never to fight again, but now she must break her vow, and kill everything that ain't human.
Okay, real talk — Pudding's a badass.
Visuals
The title screen is interactive — you can screw around with the protagonist, and it looks good (for the most part). From "Option", you can adjust audio, difficulty, display, gameplay, and language preferences. Overall, it's reasonably fleshed out, though it a bit disorganized. The in-game visuals look great, though there are discrepancies in sprite placement and resolution here and there.
Verdict
Wait for a strong sale. The artwork is darned good, but given the playtime, fifteen USD is a bit steep. This is a linear game with limited replayability. Great for a night or two of gamin', but probably not a title to pull you through the week.
