My Experience
Thematically, I found Remember to be fascinating. It seems generally acceptable for an AI to follow the whims of a user or to be dependent on that user for purpose, but only up to a certain point. Once that AI gains a certain self-awareness, it becomes morally dubious to continue to use the AI in this fashion. Remember is valuable precisely because it allows the player to witness this transition. For instance, the AI (Null) allows you to choose its appearance on screen. As Null remembers more and more about your actions and shows more initiative, it becomes a less defensible choice to alter its appearance, in my opinion.
However, after a while I began to find Remember to be a bit dull. Many of the conversation choices are repeated, and some instances of booting up the AI play out very similarly. Oddly enough, the game seems to realize this, and Null thanks you for your patience towards the end of the experience. I do feel like the game would've resonated with me just as much with fewer "cycles," but perhaps other players appreciated having so much time with Null.
I can recommend Remember. Although it ran a little long, I found it unique and valuable.

An excellently cool meta-narrative with choices and an interesting character.
You are accessing someone, presumably an AI? who doesn't know very much.
She interacts with you and changes based on what you say.
I love it.
