Interesting!
At first, I was afraid to buy the game because of what someone mentioned in the community hub but the dev listened and has made this a pleasurable experience! Story is actually pretty good and horror elements are well placed.

--------- UPDATED REVIEW: (Jan 17, 2021) ---------
This developer is a sixteen year old solo developer just trying to make a fun challenging game and deliver a great value for your dollar. He was only 15 years old when he first launched this game that i reviewed with my brutal and harsh 2 out of 10 score you see below!
He completely re-made this game in February of 2020, and I took another look back then, and again I advised him of the problems with this game and if i remember correctly, I said he was trying to do way too much and it hurt his 2nd attempt to make a fun game.

This is his third attempt that I am aware of at completely starting fresh and making a fun game! He has cut the original 2019 price in half and this time delivers what is a VERY challenging, rewarding and fun to play game! YAYYY! This game is brutal, very challenging, but very addicting too! You'll find yourself playing again and again just trying to beat each floor! There are 7 floors, a cute story with hand drawn graphics and I really like it now!
To the developer, thanks for listening and please reduce the player hit box as I described in my videos, and also add in WASD and Space to go along with the existing arrow keys and Enter controls.
Love it guys and even more I LOVE this kids passion and willingness to listen and criticism! I wish every indie developer has this kids attitude and willingness to make a good game! Imagine how much Steam would be!
My Score this time... a SOLID 9 out of 10... and this game earns my rare ZAXTORS INDIE GOLD award! Fantastic VALUE for this game, but more importantly I think we can all learn a good life lesson from him with this game that is worth way more than the price of this game alone!
-------- ORIGINAL REVIEW (December 11, 2019) ---------
LOL. I admire the hand drawn simplistic art style in this game... The game itself I feel is something best left to a FREE title on GameJolt or perhaps Itch.io.

I know that a $2 price tag isn't asking a lot, but then again when you play this game, it just completely feels like this developers first ever game project. Beating the game takes mere moments at the easiest level, and the only thing that increasing the difficulty does is increase the monsters speed to speeds so fast that the deaths feel "cheap"
Any replay value this game might have is completely diminished by the map and locations of the keys you need to collect being in the exact same spot every time you play. There's 8 keys on 4 floors you need to collect as well as a bomb on the bottom floor that you need to get and come back up to blow up two doors to escape. Once you figure out where everything is, you're done. And this will likely be within 30 minutes tops. I only spent 45 minutes because I tried to replay the exact same game at higher difficulties and kept getting killed because the enemy who can kill you moves at speeds so fast that you'll have NO time to react and you simply cannot outrun him in most situations to get to safe spot.
My Score for this game is a Dismal 2 out of 10, just because the developer is asking money for it on Steam. If the developer made this a free title, it might be worth the little time you'd spend beating it.
I admire the developer's efforts, but you need a higher quality game than this with much more replay value to ask any amount of money and expect to get a positive review, at least from me anyhow.
NOT Recommended. My Score a 2 out of 10. This should be on a site like GameJolt for free, not here.
