Piñata Attack Reviews

Piñata Attack is a party experience where the headset wearer attempts to defeat the Piñata in as short a time as possible. Whats the catch? The rest of the party gets to control the Piñata on the main monitor! Oh, and the Piñata fighter is blindfolded in VR.

I just bought Pinata Attack for $0.51 to get my $5 off of $30 in the summer sale. In the first 10 seconds of playing it, I knew that it was worth the 50 cents, if not $4! This is a simple but engaging game that lets you have fun with someone else, with crazy Pinata physics and upbeat music. I have multiple monitors, and just want to warn anyone else: your mouse can accidentally slide off the screen and the Pinata gets stuck. This is fixed by centering your mouse again.
Overall, a great little game, and something I recommend you try out!
This is very much an accurate VR replication of hitting a pinata more or less. The VR player is blindfolded and hits a pinata which is controlled by another player. There is one pinata and three different environments to choose from. Did I expect much more? For some reason, yes. Yes I did. But that's my fault. The store game description and videos don't lie and don't promise anything else. The game is what it says on the tin: 'Pinata Attack'. For a game where the sole objective is to hit a pinata with a blindfold on, it does it pretty well, so I can't really give this game a thumbs down. However, $3.99 is a bit much for what this has to offer. If anything, something like this should be free. Do I recommend this game to the average VR gamer? Big no from me. However, if you really, really, reaaaaaaaallllyy like to hit pinatas, go for it.
