Are the achievements broken? Yes. Is it still playable? Yes. Are there actually hidden items? None that I've come across and I've completely a couple mazes already, so either those are also broken, they're impossible to find, or they're simply not there. Will any of these things be fixed? Very unlikely as the game hasn't been updated since 2019.
End of the day though, it's a fun little maze game I got for 0.49 cents. Yeah, it would be great if everything worked, but I can't really complain as it's still a playable game.
