✅ Final Thoughts (After 10 Hours) -What I enjoyed: * Relaxing and immersive bus driving experience with detailed interiors and realistic routes. * Variety of bus models and customization options that add to the realism. * Calm pacing that lets you enjoy the scenery and the driving mechanics. * Good challenge in managing schedules and passenger pickups. -What gave me pause: * Graphics are a bit dated compared to other simulators. * Some controls feel clunky or unintuitive at times. * Lacks dynamic weather or day-night cycles which could add more immersion. -My score: 7 / 10 Bus World offers a laid-back, realistic bus driving sim that’s great for fans of slow-paced, detail-oriented gameplay. It’s not flashy, but it delivers a satisfying experience for those who enjoy managing routes and schedules.

Bus World is a bus simulator that surprises you. Yes, there's a steering wheel, a road, and passengers, but there's also history, repairs, and even Chernobyl. What cool: • Buses for every taste: From old Soviet buses to modern ones. • More than just a driver: Repair, manage, and save the world (well, almost). • History mode: Travel through time by driving buses from different eras. • Realism: Weather, traffic, and bus behavior are just like in real life. • Route Editor: Create your own routes and share them with your friends. • YOUR OWN MUSIC: Play your own playlist in the background and have fun! The atmosphere is immediately improved. Whats not so good: • The graphics are average: Dont expect beauty. • It can be boring: The same thing gets boring. • It's not easy to understand: This game is not for beginners.

If you're looking for an arcade-style bus simulator/company, buy Bus Simulator 21. Bus World, somehow or another, wound itself in the grey area between OMSI 2 and Bus Simulator 21. It's mundane, arcade-ish. But it has a rather weird score system, which I will cover next. The rather arbitrary score system and physics are far behind Bus Simulator 21, let alone OMSI 2. I mean, when your bus gets picked up by a tornado, you should land right into someone's house and totally ruining the bus. Don't know how or why its supposedly survivable in the game (and I got the achievement for driving through a tornado and surviving, much to my surprise). The score system doesn't say what actions results in penalties, resulting in some points being lost because I had no clue. The acceleration is quite poor, even by bus standards. The weight is more like driving an overloaded truck with a woefully underpowered engine and a transmission that takes two business days to change gears. And the sounds, good grief, it makes my ears want to plead for mercy. It has no soul whatsoever. Graphics, on the surface, it looks okay, but when the rain hits, it looks a lot worse. The rain looks more like a sticky, translucent fluid that flows down the windows. It's overall okay-ish, but not very good in the rain. It's one of the games that I cannot genuinely recommend or not recommend. Unfortunately, Steam doesn't have a button that puts your recommendations between positive and negative. It's a game that would I highly not recommend buying at full price, and even at a steep discount, I encourage that you do your homework and decide if it's even worth the few dollars. For me, it's barely enough to earn a positive rating, but barely, and only at a steep discount.
