Very cute and inspiring. Definitely not something I would spend the standard price on ($15 USD??) but on sale this was an enjoyable experience! The graphics are styled really nicely and the whole thing feels very retro in the best way possible. Voice acting was surprisingly solid the whole time too. Left a good impression on me! NO!!!

Short, brilliant game! A very memorable, hilarious experience.
Definitely recommend, but keep in mind the gameplay itself is extremely simple (it's not the point).

A really enjoyable and delightful experience, the story's absurdity and charm remind me of the indie game scene in point and click games where they just did and made whatever and it worked.
This isn't to say the game doesn't have polish (Nie!), it has a lot of heart and so much charisma, the story itself fits so beautifully with the style of the low poly pixel art 3D world, i enjoyed just looking through the menu of the different languages you can say No! in as well, it was just that much fun for me,
Say NO! More isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea, but it is absolutely worth experiencing, it is so grounded, even if lacking real world nuance to it's story, it embraces and admits to it, and follows the rules of it's simpler, less complicated and shrouded in social, class and political nuance that the real world has, which gave me such a breath of fresh air. Games that touch on such subjects are wonderful, they break down morality and give hard choices and tell morally grey and dubious stories that reflect how hard and yet wonderful being human is, but with Say NO! More, I'd wager it's two sides of the same coin, while other games explore the complexity and realism of how hard being alive and being human on a day to day basis is, Say NO! More brings a far simpler and more whimsical depiction of what we humans also desire other than complexity, it's for things to be simpler at times, for solutions to be straightforward and uncomplicated, for things to be one and done, even if so chaotically blunt that it throws office desks into the air and flings potted plants around the room with ragdoll physics, sometimes, a simple game, that is welcoming and wants you to have a good time is what a person needs, rather than master class combat systems and heart wrenching award winning storytelling, sometimes it can just be about saying No.
anyway TLDR: Good Game, Say NO! More is goated fr fr, source? Trust me bro <333

This was a very silly and charming game. Yes, it really only has one joke that you can guess from the title, but it tries every variation on a theme for that joke (dismissing demented staring-contest monks, refusing an alligator-as-psychopomp after the main antagonist kills you, getting your food order remade WITHOUT onions as you had originally requested) and at least for me and the friends I was streaming it for, it didn't wear out its welcome.
I probably went through it a bit on the fast end (for humor value) but even if I dragged it out I suspect it would be a 3-4 hour game, so I understand the price is a bit high. But getting a half-dozen people to have 2+ hours of laughing fun for 15 USD was still a pretty good value for the purchase. If you can grab it on sale I'd endorse it even more.

I could write a simple review with just the word 'Yes' or 'No' and hope people find that funny enough to give me steam awards but I don't think I can truly feel good doing that. This game, cute and silly it may be. It is really a statement about life itself. You will have moments throughout life where you need to say yes to things but more importantly, you will need to say no to people! This game consists of multiple languages to say no with which is always nice, both male and female voices but your character remains ungendered and referred to as 'they' the whole game which is always nice for inclusivity. As of writing this review it took me around two hours to complete the story (ignoring 100% achievements) and going through the chapters and the plot developing more and more it really allowed me to connect to reoccurring characters. There are moments where you DON'T say no to people, they're usually the ones with the red/pink text box. If you don't say no to them, they are often happier and hearts appear around them. Not saying no to people felt just as good as standing your ground with a firm No!
At the end of the game I've felt more open with the consiquences of saying 'no' to somebody. You might assume it would end up being a bad thing, to say no to people but in reality it's not a bad thing at all!
Going through the eight chapters of this game as a brand new intern in a company thats entire goal is to say yes to things and you appear saying no and making everyone opening their eyes, it's really sweet.
I feel like this might be slightly over-priced, It's £13.49 retail price but I feel maybe £8.99 would be a more reasonable retail price (I'm unaware of how low it goes on sales) I managed to snag this gem on a key site and as much as I enjoyed this game and would have loved to support the creators. I don't think I could comfortably drop £13.49 on it. I'd have to say no I'm afraid.
Overall I'd give this game a solid 8/10, the story is very sweet, gameplay is extremely simple to the point where it could be considered a cosy game. Going for 100% achievements once I've submitted this review and I don't think it'll be difficult, if anything slightly tedious (saying no 9999 times is a lot)
I'm happy to have played this game, I'm happy this game exists and I hope this game inspires people to say no in their day to day life. Especially people who struggle to stand their ground.
Edit : It took 6 hours of macroing to get the 99999 saying No! Achievement, my god that was a long time.

Absurdly charming, fun little thing. It's light on interaction, but still makes your input an important part of the experience. Very cute.

Definitely more of an artistic experience than anything else. Very fun story with a good message, just don't expect any kind of challenge or choice path.

I may be on my period but the ending almost made me cry. This was an entertaining little game that was funny but has a serious underlying message that I resonate deeply with as someone who is a people pleaser and works in the corporate world lol :/
