They just wanna sell the game for money and abandon us with bugs. Graphics settings keep resetting itself, or changing randomly. DLSS keeps resetting to max setting. Try to report bug on Steam and Discord, see others report problem as well. None of them get response from developer. They also include my playtime when I played it on free trial with the full game. That's why I can't refund the game when I realized the problem. What a scam! Don't buy it!
Moreover, this is the same company that abandon The Tenants, left it unfinished as well. They lower the price so cheap to sqeeze more money as much as possible.

Well me and my girlfriend was very exited to play this because we both like hf1 and thought it should be very fun to do all those renovation together but we were very disappointed with hf2. Its more of a cleaning/decorating game then renovating. Yes there are some points that made this game fun like copying the design of the things or duping them but overall it lacks the identity of the original game. For an example the mini details where you have to do the installation of the toilet or the washing machine first. But in this one theyr not even exist. The only good part of this game that it can be playable with your friends other than that imho I think hf1 was really better and fun.

This game is perfect for just chilling and talking with friends. Even if they are playing something else, you wont find yourself struggling to pay attention to the game. Not to mention how satisfying the game is. Truly perfection.

I mean...I play action games, RPGs, aRPGs, things that go boom. Nothing goes boom in this game, absolutely nothing. There is no running away, shooting, a bit of jumping but very little else. What is here though is unadulterated fun, something that alot of games these days seem to miss.
You can decorate, build, demolish and generally make the house of your dreams. And fill it full of stuff, sell it on an auction site and go again. Its weirdly fun and I haven't stopped playing it. Its my go to chill vibe thing when nothing else hits the spot.
10/10 - Devs please release more assets!

I've been playing this game since around the start of it being out, January 2024 or so, and it's been one of my go-to games since then. If anyone is interested in listening to why, please do!
My favorite part about the game is that it's convenient, creative and relaxing. It's a game that's easy to play, and there's no judgement used toward any way that you like to decorate or create. I really like that there's both a story mode and a sandbox mode, and I really like that the game can be played in co-op.
The game is still in development so it isn't perfect, but my experience with it has been very good, because its a game that's fun and easy to play.
A while back in 2024, I remembered seeing a decently upvoted comment that was talking about how annoyed they were that this game wasn't just a patch that was added to House Flipper 1. The reason why this is it's own game is that the game is fundamentally different in the way that it functions. The gameplay isn't very similar at all, House Flipper 1 going really hard into the actual creation of things, like assembling a swing for example. When you paint things, you only paint one square at a time. I personally haven't played the game but I have seen gameplay, and I have a three different friends that have played both games, and the games are very different in terms of gameplay. Not to mention, the games are implementing different mechanics and are formatted differently, too. If they were to add a patch to House Flipper 1 that adds all the changes from this game to it, then that would not be the same game.
To those asking why there aren't more items in the game, please note that House Flipper 1 has been out for far longer than House Flipper 2. It literally came out last year. Please be patient. If you want more items, that's valid, please wait to buy the game if you want thousands of items, though don't forget that the devs are real people and real people take a while to make things perfectly.
Overall, I love it! I will say, I got this game before the price change, so I may be biased. Maybe wait to buy this game if it's not on sale, because it's still a bit early on.
Oh, also, developers, if you read this, I was wondering if you could add a flipper upgrade where you can sell multiple items at once. It can get really tedious selling things one at a time. If not, I understand, but that could be a really nice addition and make the game more convenient to play! And if you did implement the idea, i think it could be done where you click and drag from one area to another and it sells all sellable items in that area space. Again, just an idea I thought of!
Also you can collect rubber ducks, what more could you need

This is a great game and a great improvement on the first house flipper game, BUT i have had issues with it. Don't get me wrong, I would definitely recommend this game to people, but for whatever reason, in my experience this has been one of the laggiest, slowest running games I have ever installed on this computer. I have it at the lowest possible graphics settings, and I've run higher-spec games on here before, but for some reason this game is extremely stuttery and takes FOREVER to load anything. All the loading times have been at least 2 minutes if not more, for anything. Going to a house, doing an assembly of an item, all the loading times are horrendous. It's sad because mechanic-wise and graphics-wise this is such an improvement on the first game and I would love to be seeing the graphics at their normal settings but it won't even run unless I have everything at the lowest.
