It can be confusing and a little hard to understand at first and feel punishing for only being able to screw up twice. On the plus side the broken english actually made me laugh and adds a strange amount of charm once you get use to it

After spending some time with this game, and looking past some serious translation errors. I would say you have a good game, but it needs some major work. There are several times when I have had to start the game over, because the game said that I misdiagnosed despite checking every single possible diagnosis. I would not recommend this game to another player till you fix some of the issues that it has. Might I suggest a three strike rule instead of two mistakes and you're fired?
