Do you like soft, fluffy stories about sweet declarations of love, where everything ends happily ever after? ME NEITHER. And that's why I love this game. I originally played the demo on my phone, which isn't nearly as satisfying as a PC--so I promptly dove into the PC version, and immediately purchased the DLC without hesitation. Because this game is amazing. To the developer, I say: [h1]thank you.[/h1] Thank you for creating a story that is vast and complicated, for creating characters that are multifaceted. Thank you for this dark journey into a sweeping, menacing world where nothing is entirely what it seems and where secrets can hide behind smiling faces. I am a girl who loves cryptic storytelling and complicated personalities and grey morality and difficult choices, and although I feel as though I haven't even begun dipping my toes into this game fully, I am already absolutely in love. From the very beginning, this game was eerie and enchanting. I'm so delighted that the MC is a female, trapped in a web full of spiders that she's got to navigate through. I'm delighted that she's "powerless", because it makes it that much more immersive, playing a character that has to use wits and cunning to carve out a place of strength of herself. This game is bittersweet and beautiful. If you're someone who appreciates a helping of horror with your adventure and prefers your romances to burn like whiskey rather than be syrupy-sweet, you'll enjoy this game. If you're not, I'd advise you to heed the warnings and find something more to your tastes. Me, I'll stay here and gobble up all the delicious gloom!

I am so glad I gave this game a chance! I'm officially in love with Degraman! The story shocked me! It was so fascinating to me, it seemed drastically different from what I used to play. I bought the DLC and it was worth every coin. If you like dark, story-rich, twisted plots full of mystery and romance then I'm sure that you'll enjoy Degraman as much as I did) It took me over a week to go through all the endings without a walkthrough, and I can confidently say that this was one of the most interesting otomes I've played. Reach at least few endings and you'll understand that this game has nothing in common with stereotypical harem stories... It's actually anything but ordinary! Just don't jump to hasty conclusions because everything isn't as simple as it may seem at the beginning of the story. This is a game with multiple choices and consequences. Playing a good/naive character differs greatly from playing an evil/feisty one... So keep in mind that your choices do actually matter. Pros: + Very story-rich + Many choices and consequences + Beautiful character design and fabulous CGs + A very large quantity of CGs + Unusual character development + Amazing soundtracks + Many hours of gameplay + Customizable mc in the DLC version which affects the CGs + Dark atmosphere + Multiple endings(52 or 53 endings) + DLC has a number of routes where you get to know/flirt with other characters that will be LIs in future Acts of Degraman. Cons: - It's going to be really difficult if you decide to complete all the 52 endings without a walkthrough But I highly recommend completing all the endings to unlock the true ending! And I can't wait to play the upcoming Acts with other love interests. p.s. read carefully the warnings because this game is not for everyone!

Really unique game with beautiful music and graphics. Very interesting story with tons of choices that have huge impact on its development.

I've really enjoyed the game, there are so many characters I want to explore. I hope as the game continues, and new routes added that more answers are revealed concerning the nature of quansies and the HEX. It's been fun.

I would highly recommend this game for every one that interest in thriller mix with romance. Till now i have been play loner route only but it makes me to focus about the boys and more in the lore lol. I havet though about that, here the character of our mc (main character and maybe also us) is various, some is funny, some serious, sensitive, calm and maybe more that i hadnt go through. I can prob write more if im able to get in a route lol. Overall the story is great writing, interesting character, GREAT ART, your choices affect the stories more than you thought. THINK wisely if you want to know more abt the lore or just follow your heart for romance and fun adventure. Try this game, it worth it, i promise you.

WOW! This game left me speechless, no better to say - SPEECHLESS - because of how much I loved it! And I haven’t even reached all the endings(there’re about 50 of them)!... A masterpiece! An outstanding work of art! I’ve played many otome games in my life but this one impressed me so much that I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was the best visual novel I’ve played so far. Furthermore, it doesn’t resemble any otome game that I’ve played before. I should warn you in advance that this game is clearly not for lovers of uplifting romance and typical otome games, so people who are easily triggered should keep that in mind since some things there could be really triggering. If you decide to play Degraman, my advice is not to judge the book by its cover or jump to hasty conclusions. The story is happening in a dark, mysterious, twisted, unpredictable world and touches on many sensitive topics. If you're looking for an emotional, extraordinary, story rich game with lots of beautiful art then I’m sure that this visual novel will amaze you. Its world is full of secrets and deep meanings. Many endings are really heart wrenching, and I advise you to go through all of them in order to better understand what’s behind the mystery(аnd something tells me that we still won't fully understand all of its secrets). The developers have clearly invested a tremendous amount of time and resources in making this project. I’m really impressed that this is their first visual novel. The game has so many choices offered to players, and I loved the feeling that almost each decision I make for the mc will have some kind of impact upon the future events and how other characters will treat the mc. I was very surprised that for this price I bought such a high-quality visual novel with so much content. Worth every single euro I paid! The only cons of the game that come to my mind are : 1) completing all the endings is really REALLY challenging and will take lots of time and effort... I still have no clue how to get some of the them. And as far as I understood, the true endings will become available only when you reach all the other endings of the game. 2) Waiting for the future routes is really hard :_)

I usually buy games from another website but the demo left me so hyped that I decided I needed to try the dlc which I found on steam. I would advice degraman to those who love games where you need to use your brains and analyse characters' actions rather then their words. This game is abundant with unexpected twists and turns, sarcasm, jesting and irony. And most importantly, most things are not what they first seem. So before you start playing i recommend to forget your prejudice and try to think outside the box. Don’t expect ideal characters in degraman - just like people in real life, they’re full of contradictions and often make mistakes. They are prisoners of their psychological traumas and fears. So don't expect anyone or anything to be normal in this game. The story is very well written: you never know what’s true and what’s false; who’s your friend and who’s your foe, whether you’re loved or it's faked… you don’t know until the very end whether you can trust even your own instincts… So my main conclusion is this: behind the seemingly banal facade of degraman hides a truly unique and touching story. I definitely recommend this game, but make sure to read the disclaimer.

A very rich story and definitely worth buying the DLC. There are I think 52 ending and EVERY choice you make in the game matters. You need to replay it alot to unlock the endings, even the bad ones. Everything reveals a important part of this story and it's characters. Who are the bad guys, who are the good guys (are there any good guys?) I'm not even cloose to finished but it's so good and I'll try to finish as many ending by myself as possible before visiting forums for help. I short, I like this game and I recomend to buy the DLC.

I like the game a lot because the reason why you fall in love with the LI, or they fall in love with the MC, is different from other Otome games. But this game, yieks, it feels like Darksouls-Otome. Lots of different endings, which always give interesting new information, but it feels like we have 70% bad endings instead of just 30%.

I discovered this VN completely by accident, and I am now officially and proudly a dedicated fan! [h2]Things I Loved:[/h2] - The writing is extremely entertaining, and the dialogue is GOLD (great tension!) with lots of hilarious and "right on" moments that had that me chuckling at many points of the story - The MC is a spunky lady, I loved reading her internal dialogue and enjoyed her horny outlook on many situations, and also the fact that she's not taking herself too seriously - I LOVED all the boys and their charactеrisation (well written, authentic, and complex), how different they are and the dynamics between them, and the harem fan service was obviously some pure JOY - Absolutely loved the art, each character has several poses! Quite a good number of CG which were made with love. The backgrounds are another gem in this VN, and they are WORKS OF ART all hand drawn (at least I think they are, they don't have that 3D feel you see in a lot of VNs) - The romance route I've played so far turned out to be quite intriguing, dark and also very elaborate! It's been a while that I found myself staying up late at night trying to get to the bottom of it all. wow. just WOW. [h2]Things I wanted the entire time I was playing:[/h2] - To slap Vincent and make that boy BEHAVE, and then pin him to the wall and have my way with him. - The NSFW!!! If it ever comes out I'm purchasing it with my eyes closed! - The voice over! This VN would be EXTRA PERFECT with some sweet VO To sum everything up this VN has VERY high entertainment value for the money. Recommend for anyone looking for some fun, dark and complex story with gorgeous boys, amazing aesthetics, awesome romance and rich dialogue! I will be eagerly awaiting the next installment!
