its not that close to scp, like just monsters, nothing much at lore, but i still enjoy an atmosphere of this game and a plot. recommended. waiting for part 2

Although it's short (it played out like a demo), the game looks promising and the devs heavily took the inspiration from Prey. My main cons: - The areas looked dull. The opening and closing scenes looked great, but in between the areas, it started to shift the atmosphere to be bland with just boxes and lockers. - Platforming. It feels very sluggish and you had to jump on moving platforms in some areas. You can't strafe left/right without enough momentum. - The SCP theme. Perhaps it can be expanded more, turning the game to be more like it's an SCP themed game and not some generic horror sci-fi game.

The game overall is very good, good gameplay, graphics and all. My suggestion would be to make the path of enemies be more random instead of them just going in circles, cuz then you gotta think and plan ahead instead of just following them, and also to make the areas less dull.

Honestly, so far so good. For the price, I think its worth it despite the lack of content. Its very true to the SCP lore/feeling, so you'll love it if you're an SCP fan. There isn't a ton in the way of gameplay, tons of walking, crouching/hiding, running, etc. There isn't much to do currently. Very promising though, can't wait to see it finished.

To start off, first impression of this game: it's great, and the cinematic intro really brings you in. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next chapters have to offer. I haven't played a lot of survival horror sims like this, so can't really comment on that particular part other than I enjoy it quite a lot. That being said, there are a few issues I've noticed. I did two runs of the game, both on normal difficulty. If you've never played a survival horror sim game like this before its definitely a bit of a learn, but quite easy to get into after playing for only a lil bit. I did a bit of a second run through, and I can say that even though the first time was slightly difficult because I haven't played many survival horror sims previously, I think the SCP-3199 entities so far, while great for this game, aren't very difficult, and I was playing on the normal difficulty for both runs. I'd definitely say add more difficulty settings and rebalance the difficulties as well - on normal difficulty the 3199 juveniles only take 5 hits, the adults about maybe 10-12 hits (I wasn't counting), and the babies are pretty much just one shot kills (which yeah, they're babies, so maybe that makes sense since they also call for the adult forms). Also, not entirely sure but I think the platforming parts might be a little bit janky with a controller? The default controller settings probably wouldn't help with this, it felt a little bit not sensitive enough for the turn rate with the default sensitivity settings, though that's very minor and easily changed. I only switched to keyboard+mouse to see what it felt like with the game but I personally enjoy controller gameplay. The keyboard+mouse controls were ok, but I can't say much about them. Definitely love the concept though, and I took a bit of a look at the chapter 2 sneak peak. Looking forward to the next update with chapter 2 and everything else that is to come :D

The game is so far just a demo but I love it, there's a very good combat system, crafting system and enemy design. I'm really looking foward the future of the game

Absolutely amazing concept and story, graphics are great with a few shadow and lighting issues here and there, but overall 7/10. My reasoning for this is because the area feels big but also empty. The looting was rare, and it became "crouching simulator" to avoid detection for most of the enemies, and I had to have my flashlight off the majority of the time. I would like some more puzzles involved such as those involved in the game "Black Mesa" to fill up the space more. And also to use the environment to purposely block off locked doors, because most of the time I approach a door I think is unlocked only for it to be locked which wastes time for me. I also recommend more collectables, useless ones sure, but more to really grasp what was going on in the facility before the breach. Can't wait for the next chapters and the full game release, (I hope I get a gun like in SCP:5K) Story: 8/10 (Great idea but needs refinement) Gameplay: 6.5/10 (Crouching Simulator) Music: 8.5/10 (Immersive, but also needs more jump to it) Environment: 7/10 (Needs to be filled more, but I like the details) Voice Acting: 9/10 (Overall great voice acting, especially for the distressed audio logs) Total Score: 39/50 (Would recommend once the full game is complete)

I was recently hoping for more horror games to lean into the world that is SCP and this game delivered. From the graphics, to the combat, to the multiple ways to play. I loved it. The environment and graphics really immersed me into what felt like a triple A game. The world building gave me such nostalgia to some of my favorite games, but had such uniqueness that it felt like it's own kinda game. Sure, there's a few graphic errors where it'll lag when loading an area. But it was very minuscule and nothing that can't be fixed. My only complaints are that I wish I could smash computers with the hammer (and kick doors and objects more) and more unique monster designs. Once I got comfortable, the spookage was lowering a bit. But I feel if this game can get creative and horrifying with the designs and how the monster is a threat, this game will be very memorable. Overall, loved the 1st chapter, there was tons to enjoy, and I can't wait to see where this game goes.

I own 15 SCP themed games, and this is one of the best of the lot. I'd hoped for a good game, but I got a great game instead!

okay so upsides: main character and persistent cast have decently good voice acting. core mechanics are very good atmosphere is very spooky unique setting for an scp game and lore is interesting sound design is great along with easy to navigate maps UI is some of the best I've seen in a while. Some good puzzles even if they do feel underutilized. downsides: Really short only 2 hrs on avrg (currently only has chapter 1) combat is basic and enemies follow easy to avoid patrol routes crafting underutilized in current chapter with only 3 blueprints given, 2 of which just apply to an upgrade and repair for the wrench limited enemy pool so far very easy to tell when in a load zone due to brief game pause iffy side character voice acting. overall great potential. If you're super into scp games, especially survival horror, could be worth a try when on sale (which I did), but I wouldn't get it at full price right now until more content is added.
