I have to say right off the bat that a bullet hell which has you using your hand in VR to control the character is so damn cool. It's what you imagined when playing with toys as a kid and it's quite a surreal experience to have in VR and I really loved that.
Yuki is what you expect a bullet hell to be. Shoot all the bad guys, dodge the insane amount of bullets, get yourself powered up and hope you can make it through to the end. Mixing this gameplay with a roguelike was a really nice touch for me as I really enjoy those types of games. So unlocking new things frequently was always great to do and very much needed for me to actually finish my first run after 7 hours of playing.
This game was absolutely a great time and brutally difficult towards the end. It's certainly worth a shot, no doubt about it.
