This game is very "cute" and, BASED ON THE PORTION THAT REMAINS PLAYABLE(!), it's well worth the pittance of its price.
But the game doesn't work past Level 15. You complete L15 and the game just... stares at you. The in-level music concludes and fades to silence, but the visual of the solved puzzle DOES NOT fade to black. The game simply... stops. It doesn't freeze, it doesn't hang. Pressing ESC continues to properly back you out to the main menu, and from that main menu all of the selection choices work *in taking you away from the main menu* -- i.e., QUIT properly closes the game client; OPTIONS brings you to whatever that's supposed to; you can successfully start a new game from L1, and you can "successfully" resume progress from where you left off ("successful" is literally true, because the main menu self-fades back to your last checkpoint); but once again, nothing will take you past L15.
And the Steam Achievements list pretty categorically indicate that there should be either 25 or 30 levels in total (I'm guessing 30 but whatevs.)
This L15-no-stop problem was reported many moons ago on the game's in-Steam community hub, with no replies.
(To anyone here having trouble with levels 9 and onward -- there's a hidden game mechanic that, I think, is supposed to be non-obvious, and I think it's actually intended to LOOK like a game glitch when it happens. I won't place spoilers, but once you identify the new game mechanic, the later levels toward L15 become quite solvable.)
Note that at the time of this review, I am pending in my request for a refund, mostly because I'm hoping that a successful refund payout will cause an email to be sent to whatever defunct yahoo-dot-com email address the dev team listed before hightailing it out of town never to be heard from again.)
The GAME is great. The game SOFTWARE sucks derriere-cancer.
