Lacks any and all polish. Hand positioning is strange and offputting. Tutorial was a slog to try and get through, might take another look at this once it gets some more updates.

review english and fr Bakemono is a mecha game where we are in body of a mecha anime the stage are wonderfull and various in space and planets the sky in the space and meteor give us the impression to be really in the space on the planet sometimes we can too go under the water everything is worked with a lot of care our mecha can walk but too fly in order to fly and to can control the fly with the controler we must spend in a second mode with one buttoon and after we enable this mode we can control the mecha in the air and with this we can strike evil ship in air with our laser sword one of the best epic possibilities in the game , the special effect explosion and particles are wonderfull we can as well use different guns weapons during the missions there is various type enemy to fight from mecha to tank the sound are great worked and put us in the heart of the action the creator of the game put a real passion in his game and we feel this every mission we play and every update he releases so the game is followed by his creator wich answer to the communauty around the game and do his best for every player with low configuration and with high configuration can play with the best quality possible you understand bakemono is one of the best mecha vr game if you like mecha , if you like anime , if you like space , or if you like action game i would be really surprised to not seen this game already in your game library for instance only the arcade mode and level select are available but it is a great content with a lot of play hours and pleasure and the coming soon mode compaign promises to be incredible so of course i recommand a lot Bakemono and more again it is one of my favorite vr mecha game see you soon for another review of my favorite games vr version fr Bakemono est un jeu de mecha sur un thème d'anime qui nous met dans le corps d'un mecha , qui est capable de marcher mais egalement de volant en activant un mode vol avec un simple bouton lors de ce mode ,le vol peut ainsi être controlé librement avec le stick ce mode permet de nombreuse autres possibilités comme accèlèrer ou encore etre en vol automatique le vol libre nous permet même des actions epique , tel que fendre en deux des vaisseaux malefique avec notre épée laser les effets speciaux, explosion et particules sont incroyables les stages sont magnifiques et vastes et ce aussi bien dans l'espace , que sur des planètes tout est travaillé avec le plus grand soin , avec un ciel magnifique et des méterores virvoltant autour de nous dans l'espace ,avec un vr parfaitement travaillée on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans l'espace en plus des épées laser nous pouvons également utliliser plusieurs autres armes de tire ,contre une variété d'enemies de vaisseaux maléfique ,aux mechas et même des tanks même si seul le mode arcade est disponible pour le moment tous les niveaux permettent de passer de très nombreuses heures de jeu et de plaisir sur Bakemono et le mod compagne qui devrait prochainement être ajouté (coming soon ) promet d'être incroyable la bande sonore est egalement extra et on nous plonge direct au coeur de l'action à chaque fois que l'on joue , à chaque niveau du jeu on ressent toute la passion qui à été mise dans le jeu par son createur qui continue à suivre son jeu , lors de mises à jour permettant à chaque joueurs avec une configuration basse mais aussi élévée de pouvoir profiter de la meilleur qualité possible pour le jeu Bakemono si vous aimez l'espace , les mechas , les anime , les jeux d'actions il serait surprenant que Bakemono ne fasse pas dejà partie de votre bibliothèque de jeu vr un jeu que je recommande donc biensur énormément et qui fait partis de mes jeux vr favoris à bientôt pour une prochaine review sur mes jeux préférés vr

Bakemono is a great game. i just purchased a vr headset and wanted to play a mechsuit game so i grabbed this. graphics are very vibrant. Looking forward to any future updates!

Very Good. Flying without motion sickness is great, sense of speed is amazing.

If you love mecha anime you will love this Fastest VR game I have played so far. Basically Titanfall , Armored Core, and Zone of the Enders mixed together. All my Robotech / Gundam childhood dreams, the developer is obviously very passionate about mecha anime. Very fun and challenging, great music.

Bakemono is a fire Mech game!! I had some learning curve but it was not due to the game but more to me optimizing my quest 2 with my pc. I love the art and the graphics are amazingly smooth. Also dig these constant updates, game modes and tutorial drops. A100

Such a awesome concept i would love to play a fleshed out version of this game.It is going in the direction of every thing i have dreamed of as a long time mech game fan. as it sits though lots needs to be done as of right now it just seems to be menus and preference set up no actual levels or anything and the tutorial needs better descriptions of what to do (or at least i couldnt figure out how to start one.) thumbs down till the get this game gets fleshed out. edit: switched to thumbs up due to responsive dev. Turns out i just caught a menu bug before an update fixed what issue i was having. cant wait to play this game more fleshed out. going in a great direction, keep up the good work.

Enjoyed my time with the game, for a VR game really good graphics, and runs butter smooth on my system. The game gets regular updates and I get excited whenever an update since every update is new content waiting for me. the Gameplay is super pretty solid with no bugs! the enemy ai is pretty challenging. all in all, I can say is that I recommend the to everyone with a VR headset.

The videos really dont tell you much about the experince of the game. With that being the game is more fun than it looks. First off the flying mechanics arn’t easy to learn. With the ablity to double jump, Dash (in any dirctection), and fly. Your in a mech suit armed with 5 weapons and a shield. At first I was overwhelmed with learning to fly, you are in space and flying is impairtive. The flying physics is extemly real. You can almost feel the wind resistants on the earth like levels. Wepaons are really stright forward 2 pistols 2 swords a Scar of sorts and a Cannon. Aiming is pretty ok you can use the shield as cover while firing which thought was cool but hard to do. You can parry with the shield. Its not easy and you can caught up trying to parry for hours. A success parry puts you in Martix mode as I like to call it. In this game you are on the offesnse. And the rules of engament flaxuate by enemy. When the shootng starts well...it starts and you have to MOVE! I died alot...During my gameplay I’ve engaged with atleast 25-30 enmies at once. Including mechs, Bigger mechs and much bigger ships with fleets of mechs. It can be confusing At first you have to get used to flying and flying fast. No story, or vocies telling you what to do. at least this stage of the game. The devs have some work to do with putting why and how in the game. I feel like that will bring to life some of the dead momnets in the game. VR flying in a mech and shooting with swords and a cannon is fun. I mean the levels are fun and big. I played 4 so far and one had a Spider Tank boss. I mean its space free roam damn near so you can get lost a bit. What else .. Oh the lock on missiles are pretty cool too. I think its worth a go. Its kinda priced low with all the levels and everything but I was impressed. VR flying games are hard to come by so if your in to those definatly give it a go.

still not ready, needs tutorial, gun offset does not work plus they feel off on the other axis. hate gun placement, fps is struggling. if you step out of bounds which is not clear you get stuck and die. game crashes. The little bit I was able to play looks nothing like the videos.
