It's a good game even though it is censored. I assume that it is censored because of the payment processors.
I enjoyed most of my playthrough. I dislike Rin's route the most (yes, more than the bad ends), but for that route, I can still say that despite personal tastes it is still a well-written story with lots of character development, not just Akira's, but also Rin's as well.
I enjoy the dark, gritty atmosphere of this game, and how Akira grows to be close with a love interest despite how he is originally. The bad ends kind of hammered home what kind of world this game is set in. Even though it is censored, it is still quite sexy at times, because of the voice acting.
All in all, a good purchase.
Edit: Finished all the endings. I was surprised by the final ending - at how much implication it had for the nature of humanity. Most of this game is kind of generic storytelling, but that ending in particular had some interesting intellectual implications about the nature of humanity and reality. (I did English Literature for my Master's, I know what I'm talking about.) Because of that, this game gets a 9/10.
