It's an expanded game of the connecting tubes minigame of System Shock/Bioshock with a dope presentation. It's got a very utilitariancore late 80s early 90s PC vibe that in conjuction with the plot makes for a fascinating atmosphere. My big problem with the game, is not quite a problem at all, but rather just a different philosophy in design: Kontrol Flow is a zen garden for system rigging, the game hits you very early with expansive puzzle layouts which makes the pacing kinda slow/laid-back even in the non-methodical stress-free beginning.
I'm more of a tight-puzzles-with-high-difficulty guy, so this wasn't my thing at all, but I do think it's memorable in its own right if you like the vibe it's going for. Not only that, but it's genuinely an original idea with a very bold and unique presentation, and I do think that, if you like the idea of chilling while organizing electrical components, this might give you an interesting afternoon at the very least (I don't know how long the game actually is) for 3 bucks.
