Really enjoyable game! Does not follow typical rules of chess, but uses the same thought process behind calculations you would do during a game.

All of Minimol's chess titles are engaging and well worth the pittance they charge for them. This one has perhaps my favorite visual and sound design among them; it feels like something from a Star Trek TNG episode. I'm not sure why Knight Swap got a sequel and Unlock the King got two, while this one didn't. Perhaps players found the mechanic of Hang the Kings less intuitive, but I think that's what makes it interesting. Hopefully they will revisit this theme in some future game.
