Fun little puzzle platformer. Works well with a controller.

👌🏻Cheap 👌🏻Smexy Demon waifu. 👎🏿Smexy Demon waifu voice acted by a man. Badly. Not even a voice modulator. You know you can get voice modulation software for free right? 👎🏿Badly translated English. To the point of being completely incomprehensible gibberish. Get it on sale if it's less than a quid and you like puzzle platformers and demon waifus.

Neat and casual puzzle game. The platforming could be more forgiving though =*)
Don't buy the game for the coomer content, there is none
It's okay I guess... A nice little puzzle platformer that gets progressively more difficult but not too difficult. Although toward the end it turns into a precision platformer with twitch jumps, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's interjected with little boss fights and random arcade sequences. The whole thing is very well deliverd, but could have used a bit more money on the graphical aspect. It looks like an average indie game from the early 2010s. I can't decently give it a thumb down, but you should be able to find better games to play on steam. the price is very correct though
(follow my curator page GenXPlayers for more retro and indie reviews)
This is a fun little game. Good variety of puzzles across 90 levels including a few bosses and minigames too. Made me laugh numerous times (sometimes at my own death, a couple times at ridiculous translations). I got stumped a couple times and persevered through, but I'm bad at puzzles so YMMV. I got about two hours of entertainment out of it so far, and for $1.39 (30% off currently), I definitely consider it worth the price. The only recommendation I would have for the dev are the following: * Allow key rebindings and show the keys for everything. For example, the 'R' key is the "retry" key and will instantly kill you. I accidentally hit it a number of times and wish I could have moved this further away (you use WASD+E+F, so you use a number of keys right next to 'R') * Explain certain things better like bombs can't hurt you and only blow up things directly beneath them. Also, you can use the magnet while you are moving, but you cannot move once you move the magnet (I would actually like to just have that changed) Overall, it's a fun game and worth the asking price. I'll probably go back and get all the achievements except for the "no deaths" one as that's a bit too much.

More Dark is by no means a perfect game. You play as what appears to be a an imp (whose sprite reminds me of Ned Flanders) that has to solve platforming puzzles to kill prisoners in Hell for some reason while the devil is on vacation. Allow me to go over the cons: It's very short. The dialogue is terribly translated. Said dialogue spoken by Evilina, the demon lady featured in all the art is spoken by a man without any sort of attempt at making it sound like a woman. Said demon lady is the only truly decent-looking pixel art in the game. Most of the difficulty of puzzles is thanks to red herrings. Much of the usable items rely on trial and error because you're only given some of the details about how they work. The unlockable hats rely on finding a key in random levels by hugging the walls to find their exact location rather than being an optional, more-difficult level solution. The presence of a respawn button can make you accidentally kill yourself and add to your kill count. Said button is pointless because you can just exit the level and go back in if you get stuck, and that doesn't count toward death total. Finally, sometimes there's an odd hitbox inconsistency because at one point, I landed right on a normal enemies head and died. Phew. Okay. Wall of text finished. With all of that being said, I still enjoyed the game. I can't quite put my finger on why, but I did. Like I said, it's not long, and it doesn't cost much at all, so if you try it and don't like it, you aren't going to lose much. But, if you're looking for a good puzzle game with demon waifus, you should probably just play Helltaker.
