It is an extemely relaxing game, highly suitable for cat enthusiasts who wish to detach themselves for a short while from the stressful mess that is our world. You essentially play as an elegant cat exploring three small but beautiful worlds, all accompanied by soothing music. You will have the opportunity to further customize your character and attend to a small garden. If you don't expect this game to be more challenging than I just described, you won't feel disappointed.
On a more personal note, as I deeply miss my departured cat, I play with the idea he is right now enjoying a lovely world such as this one.

Really disappointed after eight hours of play my cloud save suddenly overwrites with a new game? What's with that, now my daughter is crying because we lost all our cats...what a waste of time and money.

I really enjoy the premise of this game... but once I realized there were only 3 areas I felt disappointed. Quickly one realizes that many of the cat skins are repetitive (no different body types), and many of the new rooms one unlocks are fairly shallow. For what is there.. I like the art style and dressing up my cats but I felt like the content became repetitive within 1 hour of gameplay.

Is very cute and chill. Has some bugs but they don't affect the game that much.
If u like cats then this is worth getting when it's on sale

Love the art! Costumes are very cute and I love playing as a cat!
I think there could be more to do though. Your cat is kind of on rails and can really only go left or right. Some free movement would be nice or platforming. Even just a button to let you run. Seems like it could be a very chill game but I found the controls limited and movement a bit frustrating. Was hard to really get into it but hope to see more from this studio because the style and idea is really great!

I was so happy to purchase this game today, on opening day, and even got it 15% off! I would easily have paid much more for this game, however, with the amount of joy I had while playing it! The animations are SPOT ON for cat behavior, and each skin is so unique! The Art is so beautiful with very striking colors! The gameplay isn't difficult, and the music is so nice and calming! My community had the best time watching me play, and I can't wait to see more! I played it for over 8 hours in my first sitting, and can't wait to play again! I used a PS4 controller, and had almost no issues (there was only one section of pathway that my cat got stuck on, but I was able to get out after just a few moments!) Well done, ManaTea, this game is wonderful!

I wanted to love this game
The art style and animation is so beautiful and smooth, it's what drew me to the game in the first place. I really wanted this game to be good. The atmosphere is calming and magical, the assets are an interesting combination of 3D models and 2D scrap book styled and that's about all that's good about this game.
The actual gamey part was like a 3 dimensional platformer without enemies, obstacles, jumping or puzzles. At first it was interesting that each time you played a level it seemed to be randomly generated, but by only the third play through it became obvious that it was the same five rooms just put in a different order. At times it feels like there is a puzzle, some sort of secret path, but there isn't just loops and dead ends.
The reward for playing through the levels has very little value as a player. The accessories and skins are fun, unique and beautiful but there is no incentive to get them. No progression, no story line or achievements. Playing the game turned into a loop of doing a level, checking what I could make, then doing the level again. It started to feel more like a production line than a game. I liked the idea of the cat towers, I wasn't expecting them to stack and that started to feel like a progression, but the cat doesn't interact with them. It ends up feeling like an awkward static pile of circles and lines. Since, when you created a skin, it was introduced as if a new character was entering the tree house even saying "Yew have a visitor", I was hoping the skins you had made would appear in the cat tower. At least then it would have a purpose. The plantation/nursery also confused me. I'm not sure how long a plant takes the grow or when I need to water it. I'm not even sure what the purpose is since there is no way I have found to see what I have collected or how much/many. If it is supposed to be the item page of the book, it always says I don't have any items. I'm not sure what the "Amulets" are supposed to be but if they were some kind of goal or achievement that would be a good start. I hope they aren't just randomly found in the levels, if so, then what's the point?
Finally, the interface was rather buggy. I didn't have any problems with playing the levels, which is great, but if I played for too long or flipped through the books pages too quickly, they would black out and I wouldn't be able to select anything. I had to restart the game to fix it. However, I loved the art style of the interface and the little details that react when the cursor goes over them. It gave the game a little extra wholesomeness.
Overall, like I said, I really wanted to like this game, but in the end, there just isn't much 'playing' involved. Even if there was some kind of resource management or shop simulator would give some incentive to play the levels, otherwise you're just playing to collect things to make things that don't do anything. There is a calming simplicity to that, but it's something I look for in a mobile game, not on PC.
I really hope new updates come out. I would hate to see such a lovely art style and concept go to waste.

It's a VERY short game. It's cute and wholesome- best for people who want a short game to tune out and relax. The music is nice and the simplistic art is easy on your eyes. However, there are still a few problems that may just be my lack of attention. There are no instructions, which is fine for me but it took me a bunch of button pressing to figure out what does what. There are also a bit of pathway glitches where my cat started falling through the floor at the end of pathways (and sometimes I can see through the floor). From the looks of it, it's so simplistic that it almost feels too short and unfinished. The levels are sort of bare, but that could be the point of the game. It's kind weird to control Yew (The cat) when there are multiple pathways, I feel like the cat isn't always following my directions while using the keyboard to control. The main point of the game is perfect. you collect. The cat you play as collects things perfectly. Personally, I feel like there should be more freedom rather than just going on a set pathway as well, but that can be disregarded as just my thirst of open world games. There are also only 3 different area design. I could have just played too little, but I played each level at least 3 times and nothing new was unlocked after the 3rd area. Honestly feels a bit underwhelming. Each area has what seems like a few maps with slight (sometimes big) changes. After playing for a while it would get a bit boring though. From what I've seen there aren't any puzzles or anything other than collecting. In the hub/level select, there are a few things you can do: Growing plants, making props to wear and building a giant cat tower. From time to time, I may have also glitched the cat tower and made the camera go weird. The skins that you can craft can also hurt your eyes, some skins are too neon or strong compared to the soft colours of everything else. My overall thoughts of this game is that it's super cute and simplistic. Perfect for winding down and getting rid of the stress. However there are glitches that need to be fixed and I hope that this game updates and adds in more features and perhaps change a few things. This game just came out so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and this is probably what I expected when I asked for wholesome games anyways. I think it's an okay game. Would I play it again? Sure, from time to time for relaxation. Not a game I would be completely immersed in though.

I was honestly excited when steam gave me the notification that this game was released. It looked wholesome and cute in the store (CATS) so I got it with some hope for it to be an actual RPG... However there is no such thing as narrative or story in this game, it's a walking cat simulator in which you spend your time moving around to find collectibles and customize your kitten. Don't get me wrong, this is a good game if you just want to chill to some jazzy tunes and a flash quality game.
Beautiful graphics, great potential... Lacks something to make it feel less.... empty.
