I like this game... I want to love it BUT I CANNOT adjust to the controls. It makes the games so difficult to play. I definitely recommend others if they are familiar with these types of games because in my opinion it looks very cool and the concept looks very cool but just once dogfight takes me 15 20 minutes of just trying to aim at this tinny spec on the screen while the aiming goes all over the place. (Yes I've tried adjusting the control, mouse and key board and on the gamepad. but I just can't...). Again, if you're familiar with these type of games, I recommend it.

It's good. Combat feels nice and it's very pretty. Story is interesting. I probably won't finish it though, it just gets a bit repetitive. Upgrades feel fairly linear. It's weird how no dogfight game has ever really topped the flying-feel and responsiveness of Starfox 64's being able to barrel roll.

Very good mecahnics, very good graphics, really nice story, overall not a very long game, (I am writing this review after I finished the main campaign and probably all side quests) but worth the while!

An underrated game to be sure. The game does fumble in some regards, namely pacing and it's persistent "story-telling" style, but oh my gosh, the combat is just amazing. Specifically on keyboard and mouse. There really is no other game like it that I've played and I wish that instead of a clunky open world there were more levels, enemies, and mechanics. Picked this up on sale and I do NOT regret it.

If anybody remebers Galaxy on Fire 1&2, this is basically Fishlabs/Deep Silvers succession game.
The combat system needs a minute until you´ve adjusted but is very rewarding to exploit to its fullest potential. If you like fast paced space battles, this game is for you.
The main character looks terrible but considering she escaped a cult, her appearance makes sense.

No esta nada mal, si quieres entrar en el papel de una loca calva en el espacio, con ansias de venganza y redención esta es tu historia.

Fun frenetic shooter in space once you unlock the third ability and gets better with the fourth.
More story than expected, thought it was good.
You may be annoyed by the need to constantly spam your "radar" (Rite of Sense) ability since it not only lacks duration but no color coding for objects.
On the one hand, you're pigeon-holed into specific load outs for equipment set bonuses. On the other, you don't have to waste time managing looter-shooter RNG equipment.
A select few map question marks (e.g. Resistance HQ) require a campaign trigger in which case they never should've been displayed before that trigger.
The mechanic of navigating through the faceless boss's tentacles with constant damage was not well balanced, but at least this was the only unbalanced part of the game.
I highly doubt there are enough hull and shield fragments floating around to max those stats: don't be afraid to buy some.

Chorus is a fantastic dogfighting game with super-smooth gameplay and a decent story - and the finale is certainly a treat. Highly recommend.

The themes and aesthetics of this game are fantastic, the game-play is fun and engaging, (though it is pretty easy even on the higher difficulties, and by the end does become somewhat repetitive) The writing and performances are... not the greatest, but you can tell the writers cared about the story they were writing, and even the worst performances have their moments. A solid 7.5/10 game, if you enjoy the All-Range-Mode sections in Star Fox 64, you'll enjoy this.
Pick it up while it's on sale for a solid 20 hours of game-play.
