I’d probably side thumb this if I could, as its REALLY short but also its not very expensive, soo….
But gotta go with the thumbs down, the art is basic, the dialogue is basic, the story is incredible short with it basically consisting of interesting setup, boring middle of just running backwards and forwards, until you trigger the ending.
Which is a shame, as with abit more time and effort into this, it could be quite an interesting game.
The Fallout style world, with an adult theme is interesting, if fleshed out could make quite an interesting story, even if just left as a Visual Novel, though some other game-play mechanics could really take it to another level, especially combined with more gritty realistic artwork to reflect the setting.

The game is decent for the price.
pros:
-) Western art style.
-) "Animated" scenes.
-) Nice story.
cons:
-) Low variety of Events (I think that every character could get an extra event at night when u watching em through the vent).
-) Only 2 Endings (bad/good) without alternative one.
-) Gameplay issue, when u jump down from the vent to their room, you have to click on the vent to return, you cant use your keyboard to escape from there.
-) No skip option.
-) Short game.
Worth the money price IMO.
A short lewd adventure in a post-apocalyptic bunker setting.
Disclaimer: played with the adult patch DLC enabled.
The Bunker 69 is not without issues, and I would give it a mixed, barely positive review.
Story has you arrive at a bunker (like something out of Fallout), hoping to find food. Oddly, the bunker has only female occupants. Doing some menial tasks for them, you are rewarded with carnal action. Soon, there's hint of some dark plotting.
It is mildly interesting.
However, there are several issues:
- There are missed spaces in many sentences, sometimes typos too. (This applies to English translation)
- The dialogue often lacks the period (the character '.') at the end, which is annoying.
- The story is not particularly original and it's rather bland.
- The protagonist is dull and characters have little personality to speak of.
- The naughty scenes are mediocre and often poorly animated, and the cartoon style graphics makes them look comical.
Technical stuff: RPGMaker
Made in RPGMaker (likely MV), there's a whole bunch of helpful functions. You can move with arrow keys, use a gamepad, or even mouse. Oddly, some elements are only accessible by mouse (ventilation shafts) which took me a while to realize.
As RPGMaker games are often gamepad friendly, I tested it on XBox controller. Weirdly, I could not move directly but I had to move the cursor and shoulder-tap to make the guy move. So, I'd recommend either playing with keyboard or using mouse directly. There does not appear to be a way to change the controls: 'X' and 'Enter' are the menu and interaction keys.
There is a timer showing the time of the day and a schedule of the girls' locations, so you can visit them for conversation and tasks.
There's a master list of quests, both on-going and completed (and failed but I think it's impossible to fail any of them). Some quests / tasks can be repeated but I saw little point after maxing out the relationship meters with the girls. There's a few tasks for each girl, so that's nice, a kind of progression.
The bunker is easy and fairly quick to navigate, especially if you make use of 'shift' key that allows running / moving at double speed. You can also default this on in the options but it's under a poorly translated option 'Always underline with a dash line' (like wut?!).
There are some unavoidable battles but they are easy to win and otherwise the game makes no use of leveling up mechanics and they play a minor role in the story.
The game plays in a window, but you can stretch it to any size you wish.
Finally, there are a large number of save slots. As this is (supposedly) RPGMakerMV, you can also take screenshots natively and post them on Steam without shenanigans.
Conclusions: get on sale if at all
I spent about 2 hours in the game but I'm a leisure player that likes to explore. I believe a speedier person would have beaten it in one hour.
I think there are 3 endings, two of them bad (and essentially the same) and one, shall we say, not too bad.
For an RPGMaker game, it's rather mediocre. However, I find myself not annoyed by it, and considering the price (at -45% and less than €1), it was alright. For its merit, it is not profile-limited on Steam and achievements are acquired by playing through to both ending types.
In all respects, there are better games out there, both RPGMaker and visual novels, both in this price range and even free. The Bunker 69 is an adequate snack at best.
Actually way better than I was expecting
Good artstyle, pretty decent gameplay, some nice scenes.
It actually has a surprisingly tense climax of you trying to escape the bunker. I very much enjoyed it.
The bad ending actually reminded me a lot of "The Genocides" by Thomas M. Disch, so that was pretty cool.
No major negatives to mention aside from a couple of bugs, to be expected in this kinda game at this kinda price. The funniest was on getting the bad ending for the second time, falling for the obvious trap because I wanted to see all the content, when the characters are sitting around talking about me and my sprite was just standing right there. I like to imagine I was an angry ghost.
For the price I would strongly recommend, though I don't think there is much replay value to be had it's still worth it imho

This game is really short. I have just over 2 hours on record, and I have every achievement and have completed the game.
There seem to be features that were planned and left unused, like having multiple characters in your party. The animations make 90's flash games look good.
Honestly if you just need a cheap adult game, because reasons, then yeah buy this, it is 2USD full price. Otherwise, may I suggest a game with more than 2 hours worth of replay value. Maybe we con convince JastUSA to release "Brave Soul" or the "Lightning Warrior Raidy" series on Steam... that would be more worth our collective time than this very short "adventure".

In The Bunker 69 the goal is to survive as a single man in a post-apocalyptic bunker with 4 beautiful women. What could go wrong?
The humor in this game really hit home for me, it's very well done as the moods change from funny and lighthearted to tense and scary. I'm biased about the visuals because I like this art style in general but I like it even more in the h scenes. On the negative side, the game is short, the screen time is not evenly distributed between the characters and the ending feels rushed. Nevertheless, the overall picture is still positive. It is short simple fun.

Great art but coding, not so much. Dialogues were mixed up between English and Russian, and there were not many interesting things to explore upon. I felt like there was more to this game, rather than just the endings they gave me. A solid 2 out of 5 is the best I can give.

'Aight so,
I have mix feelings about this game. But I still recommend this game
I like this game, it was a good experience.
+ Drawings
+ Fan of Fallout
+ Story is quite entertaining
+ Gameplay and graphics are what I was expected from this enging. But the missions were not too annoying, like many other games have been.
Before I say the negatives, I must say that these are due to the "price". Because it is a really cheap game. I got it on Sale for 1,11€. So all these were expected due to it.
- Short
- Low variaty of positions and events ( gotta admit that I saw some moments and I though "I wish I could... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"
- Not kinky enough ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Remember this a Fallout Parody. One of the reasons why Fallout is known is because it can be pretty fuck up ( in every way ). So I think this game should use that and "explore".
- No multiple endings. It still has 2, Good and Bad. There is no "Harem Ending", the protagonist becomes a pet of girls (milking him). Different endings are a game can become good in this kinda genre. It allows to more people having an ending they like.
- Having a "after ending mode" where you still go around. Finish secondary missions, explore, finish any achievements, repeat sexual scenes ( and/or still evolve them somehow )
Remember. I still recommend this game, it has potential, I think it can head in the good direction. But honestly I payed 1,11€ and I got what I expected from it.
