Unpatched, it's a generic blobber with minimal depth, bland graphics, and trite, anachronistic writing. For example, early in the game there's an ambush, and instead of people yelling "meet at the Crossroads!" or "ford the river and take the market path to the church!" they say things like "everyone meet at point C4!" and "I thought we were supposed to go to point B2!".
Patched, it's a nightmare of sexual grotesqueries from which self-respect cannot recover. The writers - presumably the ones who thought naming important fictional locations in a fantasy world with alphanumeric designators was a good idea - really need to learn the concept of "fade to black". Less would have been a lot more here.
I refunded it because I found both versions wholly unappealing.
