Been quite a while since I've seen a first person maze that is genuinely capable of messing with my head. There's room for improvement of course, but all in all I think it's a wonderful game.
My suggestion would be to add the ability to drop some sort of marker in the game, so you can mark paths you know you've fully explored. But again, the game's perfectly playable without it.
