It's a pretty original game, but unfortunately you can't end it with both. By name I thought it would be a route that I will be with both at the end.

This "game" is ridiculously short; in fact, it is too short to actually have a decent story -or be called a game.
There is no time for character development or immersion.
The erotic art feels obligatory -and not enough to be a redeeming factor.
I got all endings under 20 minutes.
There is no replay value whatsoever.
The current price is far too high for what you get; if it goes for less than one Euro, it's still too much.
Worst acquisition sofar.

Aside from being ridiculously short (I reached a bad end in less than 10 minutes), it's very rushed, poorly written, and definitely not worth the price. I'd argue it's worth less than a dollar. The art seemed decent, but the quality dips as you get further in, and the animated sex scenes look ripped off the web, on top of being grainy and of lesser quality.
TLDR: Porn is free.

Extremely short, just like how my reveiw is going to be. The game looks like it is meant to cash in on commissions the person who made the game bought. There are a few inconsistent art styles.
There's no music, no sound effects, except for a few pre-rendered video animations that are pretty compressed.
The game has a lot of grammar errors, a few spelling mistakes, and overall not worth 9.99 USD. I beat the visual novel in less than 15 minutes. Things go from 0 to 11 really fast. Thinking dialogue isn't separated from speaking dialogue. (IE: No parentheses, etc.)
TL;DR
Weighed against the discounted price: 1/10: The player is tortured in far worse ways by paying money for this nasty POS than the main character is tortured by his boss.
Weighed against the the regular price of $9.99 USD: 0/10: Attention buyers who paid full price: I have a house to sell you at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. In fact, it's a "white" house!
Overview
Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress is a nasty visual novel with ultimately no redeeming qualities, and even if the player does enjoy some of the kinks featured, this visual novel is still too short, too nasty, and too devoid of any personalities to even be enjoyable for the sex. Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress is also the first time ol' Il Pallino ever wrote a review just to prove the point that he's a better writer than the developers, which is why some attempt at providing objective information will be done.
The main character is a white collar guy named Ido who is devoid of any work ethic, and is forced to confront his new boss, the young, sexy Iya who heaps scorn onto Ido for falling behind schedule, and Ido, who is weaked from fatigue, falls forward onto Iya, coming into contact with an irate Iya, and what happens next is dependent on the choices of this "shorter than Ido's junk" story.
Graphics and Sound
The graphics to Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress are the only positive of the game. Iya is certainly a waste of a good-looking character, but the graphics are also hampered by the use of stock images in which none of the characters fit-in with.

The only sounds to speak of, are in the video scenes which consists of little more than Iya's moans. That "little more" are the smacking sounds of flesh. Despite the settings having a music slider, there is no music.
Corner-Cutting Index: 99.99
(Note: Il Pallino's Corner-Cutting Detector exploded after a reading was taken on a screenshot.)
Positives
Despite everything wrong with Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress, this visual novel is the only visual novel encountered (as of January 2020) by ol' Il Pallino that has any amount of video scenes. Not even the high budget visual novel Kindred Spirits on the Roof didn't feature any in-game video.
Negatives
Just about everything. The kinky moments are all too short to be enjoyable by people who want kink in a visual novel. Susy is a romantic option despite the short length of the game cutting-out almost all interactions (and virtually all of the details) making the possibility of a relationship with Susy to be non-sequitor.
Normally any sort of game involving anime girls and sex rewards players with achievements. (And sometimes literally showers players in achievements.) But no achievements are to be found in Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress.
Conclusion
Rather than buy this useless, nasty visual novel, Steam users can make their own at home with the following recipe:
-One quarter the length of Space Pilgrim Episode I: Alpha Centauri.
-One full serving of the nastiness of Otaku's Fantasy.
-Two servings of the cheap, corner-cutting of any BCH Waves Studio visual novel after all of the achievements have been removed.
-Two teaspoons of Spanish Fighting Bull manure.
Note to developers: With video scenes aside, Strange Passion: My Boss, My Mistress is everything a visual novel shouldn't be. Next time try (much) harder or stick to making anime tiddy puzzle games.
