This game is awesome. I beat it on xbox with all 3 heroes and now i am playing here. The complaints are valid. The horse is super wonky. There is no grinding ( its kings bounty... ) You need to pick your fights Noe unlimited stack size, so swap out what you dont need If its hard use a throw away army dont waste gold this game is finite!!! dont waste magic sometimes you need to check the combat out and leave it its awesome.

I love the game. Played 17 hours so far (but offline so my hours aren't showing right). Not the best game out there, the world isn't too interactive, and I need more ways to get money because I'm too tired grinding IRL to also be grinding in-game, but it's fun overall.

Do you wanna one-shot every enemy or get one-shot by every enemy? That's basically the difficulty settings for this game. Outside of that, it’s an ok AA RPG; think Spyders but with passable TB combat mechanics. It has its own charm too; the world, the story, and the characters are all pretty endearing. The balancing really is the death knell for this game though, if it was properly balanced it could've been a 7/10. If you like medieval RPGs I'd say it’s still worth your money on a heavy discount. SCORE: 5/10.

Long story short, it's better to skip this game. It's hard to find anything positive about it. From the walking (you're basically forced to use the walking speed mod) to the incredibly boring story, army management(buy/store/refill) and the battle difficulty jumping all over the place – it’s just not fun at all. The most frustrating part for me is that they call this "King's Bounty". I miss the older games, they had soul and a personal touch. This one definitely doesn't feel like them.

7/10, I had a lot of fun with this game although I don't agree with some of the changes. It could've used some more polishing but it's just some minor problems. There's a bit more adventuring, more dialogue and fights are more spaced out from one another than the other games in the series.

The best way to summarize this game is that it's clearly a generation ahead of the Kings Bounty 1+ games, but is a generation behind because of how long it took to come out. That being said, it has some nice improvements. The third person perspective makes it feel more like an RPG, and there's a lot more life to the world and conversations even if they're not too particularly technically impressive. The combat is usually on smaller arenas, but the arenas often have a setup that's more than just the usual grid, with elevation changes in some cases, barriers, and other things you can make tactical use of. This does mean it lacks some of the charm of the 'original' games (ignoring the original actually being on DOS and the Sega Genesis), with random armies being replaced by territories and other static arenas, but at the same time it carries the gameplay itself forward. It won't hit your nostalgia buttons as hard if you did play the old 16-bit games, but it's a good followup on the formula. Overall, I'd say to wait for the deep sales that it tends to go on, since we're 4 years down the line at this point, if only because it goes 90% off and I can't in good conscience say you should pay the full price in that case.

Good game, no glitches. Didn't like at first because was a fan of traditional King's Bounty Armored Princess, etc. But the more I played, the more fun it was. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and the gameplay. Thank you for making it not overly complicated with the quests and riddles. I would only add the custom marks on the map because it was bothersome to remember what kind of army for hire was where. Also, I would allow same horse speed in the city to save time. Thanks again! Good game!
