It runs about as well as trying to run it on a toaster, controls like the entire game is an ice level, and I got stuck in the settings menu because the fullscreen window decided that a box around the back button wasn't actually part of the game window.
10/10 would drift again

This is a nice relaxing game, at least the free drive mode. Nice scenery and good music, fun to just watch, listen and drive. The steering of the car is a bit funky but you get used to it. It would be nice if you could adjust the sensitivity of the steering. Overall good game.

I bought this game for 4 PLN ($1) and it's really good for that price. Procedurally generated track, free drive mode and good soundtrack. For $1, that's really good game.

For 70 some odd cents I just paid for it, it's relaxing and something to do. Not much to do in it though. Occasional cops. I don't like how in Free Run mode there is a cop still chasing you. Also I do feel we need a few more tracks in this. The music is great, the atmosphere is great. Basically if you just want to unwind and don't want any type of serious challenge, this game is for you. I'm not going to rate it bad but I'm also not calling it good. It's something to relax to, nothing more. Very repetitive and very... bland. But for 70 some odd cents as I said, you don't expect much and was worth it.

Oh boy, where do I begin? The game lacks any sort of proper challenge. In outrun mode there is only one cop chasing you and every now and then a police roadblock shows up to merely inconvenience you for a second. There's also two other modes but one is basically the same game without cops.
There's no traffic, so avoiding the cops is trivial, so you just end up with a rather average endless runner type of game. There are camera issues when driving uphill which makes it hard to figure out where you're going. There's also no controller support, which is inexcusable for a driving game.
I also hope Ferrari doesn't realize this game exists because the car featured in the game is almost a one to one copy of the Testarossa, and on top of that its design clashes with everything else because it looks very realistic compared to the neon environments.
Overall it's hard to recommend because there's basically not much to it, even if it only costs $3.00. If you want something similar but more competently done, I'd suggest going with My 80's Dashboard instead.

This is a super sexy tech demo, and it's worth the 0.71 € I paid for it. But it's not a game.
The UI is clunky as hell, controller support is bad, steering is super twitchy. There's no sound effects other than police sirens and the sound of my computer's fans spinning up to vmax.
If you don't hit the ever present invisible insta-stop wall as soon as you put 1 wheel off the track, you're basically cruising around at 333kph permanently, except the Ferrari is somehow very underpowered to climb even the smallest hill. There's no traffic to avoid, and the cops are absolutely ruthless.
There's 3 "modes" with different goals but neither of them actually keep your top score to beat which would have been the only point of (re)playing this.
That being said.. the graphics are sublime, the music is excellent and it's a nice distraction. But this needs quite some improvement to actually be sold, and even be called a game.
This is the first review I ever wrote on Steam but it's because I think it needs to be out there. It's not all bad, but it's certainly not something I'd recommend any of my friends to purchase...

Massive disappointment. It looks and sounds great, with neon colours and synthwave goodness washing over you while you drive but it's just particularly fine lipstick on a grotty, sweaty pig. Other than the single police car chasing you there is no traffic on the road to avoid, just the odd police roadblock which are easy to dodge. The camera clips under the car occasionally and worst of all if you crash on a hill, your turbo charged 80's supercar can't actually get up the slope without reversing back down and building up speed to attempt it again.
This is not an Outrun game, more's the pity as I was really hoping to scratch my nostalgia itch of playing Turbo Outrun in a dirty arcade as a kid.

sigh....
I love the original outrun game, and I knew that for the price the game should be nothing more than a cool '80 scenario.
I was fine with that, even knowing that this could be nothing more than a screensaver....
I love the '80 cool looking of the game, but unfortunately I wasn't able to run correctly in all of my 3 pc's ,even with the minimum graphic settings.
Ah, keep in mind that I have an i5 with 8gb of RAM and a 5770 with 1gb DDR5 video card on my cheapest pc.
For comparison, I let my kid play with Asphalt 9:legends with full graphics on the same pc with no glitches at all.
this game, instead, is unplayable .... seems that my pc is tyrying to load GTA5 in 4k with full graphic....
I'm very sad about that.

Yeah....no......this game isn't even much of a "game". 1 track, nothing but you and 1 cop chasing you and occasional roadblocks to drive through. 3 modes but they might as well all be the same mode. I even had the sound track abruptly stop in the middle of the game. And in the "free fun" mode, why is there still a cop chasing me? What's the point of a free roam/drive mode? Also, that cop will try to pin you to the side of the game's "wall" and it's almost impossible to get out. Please fix these issues as well as add more tracks or other cars or something at least to make this an actual "game".
