great artwork. short it doesn't actually have nudity. its more implied nudity. i also think the music is pretty good. its worth it for its price.

A very entertaining mystery story with a ton of twists. It is fairly short and there is no gameplay or choices. Great setup and payoff!

Great story although I wish it had some conversation/reaction choices. "Game" mainly consisted of just reading the story. However, the setting and the atmosphere complimented the story well. Treat it like a short story and you'll like it - don't expect any interaction.

I have mostly positive feelings about this one. I can't really explain why. What I can say is it has problems. I feel like English is not the first language of the creators as some of the prose is rather clunky. I'll forgive the random typos as none of them were so bad as to be confusing as to what was meant.
This kinetic novel has pretty decent art, pretty decent music, and I found the story rather interesting. It's kind of a mystery, that I'm fairly sure you are not going to solve.
Is this amazing, ground breaking, or life changing? No, but it's only $2 and I say worth every penny.

Well, I'mma be straight with you, it was pretty good. The English translation was about on par with a 8th grader and it really only caused little confusion. The story was good enough I was mad at the ending, I didn't want it to end that way for the characters involved. No actual nudity so that makes me sad, it was mislabeled. All in all, for a VN I give it a 6/10. Nothing amazing, but nothing too terrible.

This game really outdid itself, the plot is interesting and there are surprising twists.
Ending was depressing and the end doesn't justify the means.
The art and music are good, and Popo was cute.

Weeping Willow is a kinetic novel where Sophie needs to find her husband, who left the house after an argument during quarantine. The investigator has shown up, a guard, a nun... and her husband?!?!?
While I did enjoy Weeping Willow - the plot and story was unique and interesting - I can’t recommend it because the terrible ending ruined the whole novel for me. If that something you are willing to look past though, you can get a good solid 50 minutes of entertainment.

If you love foxgirls do not play this game. The writing puts her in a bad situation throughout the entire story and the ending is absolutely horrid. It's downright creepy. I wish I could unplay this game, it was that bad. I will never buy a game from this creator ever again.

Weeping Willow is a mystery visual novel. Beat it in a little under 2 hours using the spacebar and the mouse. No difficulty, it's a game where you read. There aren't any choices to be made outside of the main charrie's name. It says it's mature, and for one scene I could maybe see that, but there's nothing showing and there's 0 hentai.
Most of the game is straight up average. It broke me that Melanie's (The Nun's) character art had this far-gazing stare and faced away from the characters when they could've just flipped her around. There were also typos throughout, some funnier than others but it didn't get in the way of reading too badly. Music was alright and fit the mood.
You're ultimately in this for the story. And yes, the story is worth it. It's completely worth the 2 dollars. It goes from interesting plot to "WTF?!" midway through. Like the story writers hit a 'Screw it' moment, got drunk, binge watched a few K-drama sitcoms, and let it fly.
... It Was Popo All Along! (J/king. Not a spoiler. Don't kill me.)
But no, if you're looking to be entertained and want a short, harmless VN, Weeping Willow exists. There's no wolfgirl-pronz, the translations could be better, but the ridiculous plot is different from the other VNs out there and will entertain you for a little while.
