i love the story and everything but it just feels off when you remove the 18+ scene... imo, the scene is important cause you get to know each other with the heroines before start dating... and then new problem/plot would most likely to appear.. and that would be giving us more impact as the reader from protagonist view..

This game is unexpected in so many ways. At first you might think the whole story is a chaos, you're not sure when to feel serious nor when to feel funny. But isn't that how our lives have been? And just when you're about to let your guard down the game hits you with various emotions. Caught me off guard quite a lot, daym boi. Note: Nobuchina's route is already enough to convince people to buy this. Trust me. *It's recommended to buy the prequel first to understand the situation better even if it's not a must* . . . . . . . . . THE PRINCESS, THE STRAY CAT, AND MATTERS OF THE HEART 3 IS ANNOUNCED!!!

Worth buying game, but better get complete version, because some contents are removed due to the adult content (not only H-scenes, but also some sensitive topics), so you can get the better experience of the story.

Great Game! This was better than the first game Story wise and also every Route (except Eracias) was really great and Unique in its own ways! Nobushinas was really creative and definetly diferent than the other routes. My Favourite Route is definetly Lucias Route her Character Development was really nice and the Story really paked with everything you could hope for! For me you can tell that the Storys are definitley better and more emotional, Funny than the first Game. I think it is sad but asking for a Continuation is impossible but I had fun regardless so thank you for the Game!

After read all route including extra(except noel), I just want to say that this game only have 3 heroine(Nobuchina, Lucia, and Iris) and 6 extra heroine(4 from previous game and 2 from this game). Love the extra story from previous heroine, but they did dirty to Euracia. They make her route rashly even though she was main heroine with the other new heroine(Nobuchina, Lucia, and Iris) . Even though, the three new heroine's story was so good, heart touching, and can even make tear fall from man's eyes.

Finally finish the game. I played this alongside the japanese one, though mostly I put the japanese in the front and the english in the back, so it worked like secondary subtitle below the japanese. Also I use scrolling to move the dialogue forward, so it doesn't change the windows from the japanese one. First the difference between the Japanese and the English : - The visual effect in english is much faster compare the japanese, like snow fall is much faster, the magic circle is also fast, or the blizzard is also much faster. On this regards, the Japanese one looked more natural. - Any dirty joke or lewd lines or things that related to R18 are removed. If kiss is not key part of the story, it'll probably be removed as well. Lucky for us then. :D - The english got 2 new CG for heroines in this sequel and 1 new CG for heroines from prequel in extra story to compensate removal of R18 scene. - Asuhara Yuki extra story has more mewsings in it. - At some point, the english put the better CG according to the scene because of those new extra CG. But the Japanese also put appropriate CG along certain scene. So I guess this one is a draw. - This localization has more proper rom-com route for Noelle than the JP one REVIEW : It's same like the first one, but in this sequel, it doesn't afraid to be more dramatic. It has more drama and slice of life. Siigh, I wish the first one can be as dramatic as this one. At least both VN is really FUN to read. The craziness and fun from it. This sequel is more like spin off with new introduce character and romance-able character from the prequel. The funny thing is I feel like Patricia is MC alongside Nora. She's appear in every route (exclude extra story) and manage to progress the story so the heroines can have character growth. So she's best girl, best wing woman, best supporter, and best DRIVER. That's why I feel she's like MC alongside Nora. The soundtrack is also better than the first. It makes Nobuchina route more wholesome. Damn who cut onions around here. OVERALL, It's a recommended VN with a really good story. The removal of R18 won't be noticeable and affect the story since it mostly happen toward the half end of the story. The peak story happen before that. Toward end of story is just tying the loose end to complete the story. If you don't want to miss out on anything you can also play it alongside the japanese like me as an alternative option.

STORY: This novel remains, as its prequel, an over-the-top comedy harem/romance story first and foremost. This time, it is centered on a princess from an icy and forgotten world set about to get revenge on the Netherworld, with all of the core cast of the first version back. In this regards, the story pulls off the act very well. It is quite funny on its absurdity and cliches that permeate the whole story, inter sped with short, lighter and humorous off-story sketches called "Mewsings", and a few more serious and touching moments. New to the game are Extra Stories from select characters. As in its prequel, not a lot of choices, the story is pretty straightforward, and the few choices that appear all lead to the different romance endings of the game, including character routes that were not available in the first game. While innuendos still abound, I find that the story makes less use of eroge content than the prequel. The translation as in the prequel is top notch; probably one of the best I have read. ARTWORK: The artwork is colorful and vibrant as its story, and superbly executed and well drawn. While sprites are not animated, all characters have a great variety of poses. There is a great deal of CGs intersped throughout the story that are great to look at. Finally, I quite like the variety and quality of the backgrounds available in the game. SOUND: The novel includes a great variety of songs - around 5 dozen of them, even more than the prequel - that are well composed and lovely to listen to and fit very well with the lighthearted atmosphere of the story. Some of them come back from the prequel while many are standalone originals. Some are quite are quite lovely rearrangements of well known classical songs. The music fit quite well with the story mood, and I quite like the transition between different sings that occur throughout the story. Similarly, the voice acting is superbly done and match well with the individual characters of the story and their emotions, as well as the over the top comedic slapstick nature of the plot. SUMMARY: Well worth its full price, and then some more - similar novels at the Steam Store are usually significantly more expensive. 10/10

This game is even better than the first game. Some new elements is added but not much. Can be ignored but still it is an improvement. There are some animation added to the game, a driving mini game is added. The characters are lovely and have their struggles and backgrounds. It's very attractive. My favorite main characters from the two games ranged as Sachi>Lucia>Iris>Patricia>Nobuchina>Asuhara>Kuroki>Euracia The only thing need to know about the background is the main protagonist became a cat when kissing a female and it is caused by Patricia who is from the netherworld to destroy the world that humans are living in. There are more stories and there are extra stories to the first game and this game. The story of Iris is kinda complicated but still understandable and really appealing. The Iris, Lucia and the Nobuchina's route is long but the route for Euracia is quite short and less appealing compared to other three routes. Some of the story didn't seem connected, felt like something is missing. I assume it is the result of content cut. Sadly, Iris as the main character rarely appeared in other's route but mainly appeared in her own route. The game added a new story and two new characters but didn't do much in merging the two different stories but rather focused on extending the story of the first game. The music is even better than the first game. Highly recommended. The same problem happened in the first game. Sometimes the game lagged when there are some elements moving. Not a big problem but still a problem cannot be ignored. Overall the story is good, the characters is good, the music is good. This game is highly recommended. If there will be a third game, I hope the main characters will have Orca, Nobuchika and Matriarch of the netherworld.

Decent game , I would recommend for most people , but in my opinion the lack of 18+ content cuts down the playtime by alot and often the story makes no sense as the scenes change too rapidly in between. However , the mix of romance and comedy as well as a touch of emotional stories does this game well. In all , i do recommend this game for anyone who is into the first game. This game has relatively higher playtime as compared to the previous so keep that in mind when purchasing.

Unlike the prequel, there are no patches at all. At least for now. Even so, it’s still a good visual novel though. [h2][b]Now about the game[/b][/h2] [b]In a nutshell, the reason I enjoyed reading through the visual novel was that: [/b] [list] [*]Sprite has a lot more design variations and they’re wonderfully done [*]“Mewsing” skits while corny at times, some actually made me laugh [*]The Driving minigame was a great addition since it helps liven up the moment during a certain scenario [*]Nobuchina’s had the most wholesome moments compared to the other heroine [*]The new soundtracks were splendid, especially “snow filament” by Shirome [/list] The game is not a direct sequel to the previous one. Closer to a spin-off in my opinion. However, to understand the circumstances surrounding the MC, it would be preferable if you tried the previous game first. The story starts out quite similar to the prequel, but the kicker is that, instead of the netherworld kingdom, it starts with a narrative about an old, ruined, and forgotten kingdom. The rest is quite how you expect it to be: misunderstandings, revenge, and plot twists. The classic fantasy story bread and butter, but can’t say I hate it. The game introduces five new main heroines (two new casts and three side characters from the previous game) and I’m not going to lie the new heroine's route is a bit underwhelming, story-wise. Except for Nobuchina’s and Tris’s route. Those two, in my opinion, had a pretty well-written story. Each time you clear a route, you’ll unlock extra stories and after stories from the previous game. One thing I felt after playing through the visual novel, is that one of the new main heroine traits kinda overlaps with one of the heroines from the previous game. However, the developer took a brilliant move and made said heroine screen time in this game a lot shorter. Making the character overlap less noticeable and allowing the new heroine to stand out. One other thing, I’ve played both the Japanese and steam version. The only noticeable difference between the two is in Yuuki’s route and Noel’s route. The Steam version had two extra stories for Noel, unlike the Japanese version which only had one. Yuuki’s route….well,….in place of the H scenes, they added a bunch of “mewsing” skits. Those extra skits, while some are hilarious, some are just a bunch of corny or cringy jokes. [b] Issues I had with the visual novel: [/b] I don’t have a lot of complaints about the game and I’m not sure if this is an “it’s just you” issue, but for some reason, the visual novel didn’t run as smoothly as some other visual novels that I’ve played. The game framerate jumped between 7-30, especially during scenes with heavy visual effects. Tried turning the effects off and it helped…a little. The most annoying part is that I tried getting the game from a different source and had all the settings turned on. To my surprise, [b]it ran a lot smoother[/b] and the framerate stayed at 60…all the time. So I’m guessing there’s something wrong with the Steam version. The rest are pretty minor issues such as that the translation doesn’t make sense and typos during certain scenes. Which are probably something most people don’t really mind, but I’m just going to say that it’s there. [h2][b]Overal[/b] [/h2] Despite the game jumpy framerate issue, which so far, I have zero ideas as to what’s causing it, the visual novel was an enjoyable read. To those who enjoy heartwarming stories with some silly and yet funny comedy on the side, you might want to give one a try. Looking forward to the third game (which is in the making!). Hopefully, the jumpy framerates issue would’ve been fixed by then and also include a complete adult patch.
