Borderline on buying?
This game contains a small, polished, and detailed narrative experience. The characters are interesting and heartfelt. I primarily play these narrative-based games, and can assure you that this is a good story with decent pacing.
Replaying this game a few times is rewarding, with there being several "clever in hindsight" moments that will only reveal themselves to you after you know everything happening behind the scenes. The game has very few endings, but those endings are determined by a lot of small choices that add up. Several optional dialogue choices will also reveal new information, which also make these endings a bit more profound.
I'm happy to try and answer any comments if you have more questions.

Nice story line, its just not my things, get bored and hurt my eyes looking at the screen for hours (even though i just play less than a hour) I rather read manga/comic.. Sorry but i won't recommended it, i'm not a patient guy, especially on this era~~~

Art style is consistent throughout, story develops well, the ending I received wasn't surprising but satisfying. Replay value is moderate.
I was finding the story ok but not especially interesting, but then they upped the intrigue with some surprising plot twists and choices. And choices really do matter in this game.
As others pointed out, the auto-saving and save options can be an issue. I learned the hard way, and had to replay a lot but the "skip" function helped it go faster. One plus was that if you obviously made a fatal choice, you are immediately allowed to retry with a different option. Be careful how you save!

Played and beat the game in one sitting, got it and wasn't expecting much from it.
But the story and characters really pull you in and it is a really good game.
But I have one issues with the game
That one being that for a game that is all about choices their is only one ending that sucks in my opinion.
But over all I really like this game and if you have the money for it I say go for it and get it.

I'm sleep-deprived and I feel bad for not finding this game sooner. Seriously, this is worth more than the price tag that I'm considering donating to the developer on itch. io for how good they made this underrated gems. Yes, the art is just finding its footing, but the writing is where this game is at. So what is it about? Well, without spoiling too much, we play as Olenine (or Olly) who is an exorcist being hired to deal with finding the missing niece as well as the occurrence of ghoul and revenant outside the village.
I have only recently gotten interested in the premise of the undead and zombies, but this game just amplified that, not only is the writing intriguing with a few bumpers, and doing a good job establishing the lore as well as writing plot twists without making them come out of nowhere. It was quite addicting that I just give typing notes and just screenshots of whatever details I would need to remember, so I could just enjoy the game for what it is without pause. As for the small cast of characters and that's including the 'antagonist' they were well-rounded and in-depth enough to understand their 5 Ws (Why, What, Where, Who, and When) so we can emphasise them even if we don't agree with all their choices.
Speaking of choices, a few different outcomes are depending on your relationship with certain characters so it is worth trying playing different save slots to see the other endings. Furthermore, there are plenty of ways to die, but don't worry this game is quite genuine spawning you back before you made the 'wrong decision', so you don't have to worry about restarting everything.
Honestly, this might be the lack of coffee speaking, but I absolutely love Revenant March and I'm glad to see there are 10+ reviews this month (thanks to the other reviewers), so I hope this game gets more recognition it deserves moving forward.

The stories are gripping, and I found the decisions I needed to make compelling, I had to think about them. I felt acutely that the many strong characters had thoughts and emotions I would have to discover as the story progressed, including the narrator.
I've played five hours thus far, in two sittings that both went longer than I'd planned.

What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be! This visual novel contains an engaging story-line with thrilling plot twists, a cast of interesting, non-cliche characters, and a lovely, intelligent heroine.
Setting:
Revenant March is a dark fantasy set in the Middle Ages. It tackles two mysteries: the horrors that occur in Gremach, and Olenine's backstory.
Characters:
I absolutely loved following Olenine's perspective, and how logical minded, yet still empathetic she could act towards the other characters. She ticks all of the boxes in my female protagonist requirements, and I wish we had more main characters similar to her. The side characters are memorable, and their dynamic with Olenine was impressive. Most noteworthy were her interactions with other, equality well written, female characters; such as Tanith and Seilana. But I have to say, her possible friendship with Ennet was also very precious.
The vn lacks romance, but the way the story unfolds makes up for it. I recommend Revenant March to any vn enthusiast that enjoys a gripping tale, and a fantastic female mc. Readers of young adult fantasy novels would also appreciate this as well!

I don't think I have played this game for 61 minutes only (Steam is definitely messing that up). I have probably played it for 3-4 hours.
Short review: this is a good game. With a good story. It is worth the price.
Longer review: this was my first time playing a visual novel. In terms of story-based games, I am most familiar with RPGs. So, maybe because I am new to visual novels, I was surprised to see that this game does not involve roleplaying a character.
Even though you sometimes make choices for the protagonist, you are *not* the protagonist. The protagonist is hiding secrets which will reveal themselves over time. Even once the game ends, its clear that you do not fully understand the protagonist. There is much more to their story (I am guessing sequels are in order :).
On a similar note, choices in the game matter in an interesting way, in comparison to "choice based RPGs". The choices are actually meaningful, because they can reveal different aspects of the protagonist. I guess the writers actually have the freedom to provide interesting choices, because they aren't trying to "fit the protagonist to the player's vision"?
I don't want to overemphasize the choices though. To me, they weren't the best part of the game, or the most important. They were just a vehicle with which to engage the heart of the content: the story. The story is *good*. It is interesting in a simple sense, because it is surprising, and gets the feels going. In a more complicated sense, it is interesting because even though this game itself doesn't reveal a lot of worldbuilding (there isn't a giant codex or journal in it), it does seem to me that quite a lot of thought has gone into the background world. This seeps into the story in the form of interesting details which keep on wanting you to learn more about the world by further exploring the story.
Kind of like a good TV show, I did feel a bit disappointed when the game ended, because there was no way for me to keep learning more. I would say the ending wasn't satisfying, but not in a bad way. It's more like you want more of a good thing, and are sad when it's over.
I think the game ended with a perfect set-up for a sequel. It gives you a resolution, while making it clear that there's something much bigger going on.
What is it that a survivor wants above else? I have no clue, but I hope I'll get to find out.
