+ Good production value.
+ Great humor and an overall funny story.
- Controls are problematic: keyboard/gamepad layout cannot be changed.
- Character positioning is a bit unforgiving, you have to line up almost 1:1 with the enemies in order to hit them.
- Fight animations cannot be broken, so if you start some long combo and meanwhile the boss decides to start pummeling you, then you will lose a lot of HP.
I'm too old to endure basic problems, but I liked the humorous content plus the good music and overall looks of the game, so if you have time and doesn't mind the problems listed above, then go for it.

From what I've played through so far, this is definitely a great game. (I got recommended this by someone who knows I enjoy Castle Crashers a lot, which this game can relate to, and I can assure you that if you like Castle Crashers you will enjoy this too.) This has more of a humorous side than a serious/dark side per se, however it's still fun nonetheless. My only main complaint is that you can't change the controls, but besides that, 8/10.

i'm not joking when i say that this game is better than castle crashers in terms of animation and gameplay mechanics the soundtrack needs a lot of work though. besides that it's a shame it doesn't get the recognition it deserves if castle crashers 2 will ever be made i hope behemoth will look at this game and learn something from it.

Basically this game is a Castle Crashers clone and that is not a bad thing also if you're having problems in game say jumping set your refresh rate to 60fps instead because it appears to not support any higher framerates at this point.
