One of the best fastest learning games i have found yet for basic japanese anime understanding and everyday language. i have been studying on my own with Genki books, JLPT N5 study guides but after i had already learned hiragana and katakana with the basic kanji and some sentence structures. this game takes it and brings it alive and made me learn at the faster more enjoyable pace. I highly recommend playing this game, I was stuck and tired of writing note cards. playing this game made the memorization that much more enjoyable. its better than any note card and it comes with amazing music and fun jokes. I really hope they add more into this game maybe 250 more kanji words where its the most difficult to study. this game really blows the books. much love and thanks to the creators. it is worth the 20 bucks and teaches things that books wont cover. took 4 days to ace it but that's because i had pre knowledge. the game though is still continuing.

great for a beginner whos looking for a fun way to begin your Japanese journey. At the same time disappointed with there not being a lot of word or kanji. I'm really hoping they plan on adding more to the game as they have a really good base but seem like they could still take it a lot farther just by adding more words/levels.

I am chronically learning languages, downloaded this game on a whim. I'm hooked on Japanese now and love playing this game.
I sincerely hope that this game gets PAID DLC's in the future for more content. Katakana, expanded Kanji list, etc. Awesome game, interesting story and enough humour to make me chuckle from time to time.
