It is definitely too janky for me to get into. Not necessarily to broken degree, so it's not a HUGE downside. So if tolerate the jank, then I'm sure you can enjoy the game underneath.

Considering this game was made by a solo indie developer, it is exceptional. Pros: - Solid RPG elements - Engaging skill trees, allowing for unique gameplay - Good replayability - Game mechanics/puzzles are challenging (especially dungeons) Cons: - Voice acting - Outdated visuals (unsurprisingly) - Stuttering/janky-ness - Storyline is fairly lacklustre and ends abruptly Overall, this game is a solid 7.5/10. I do recommend it, must buy when it is on sale.

The fact that this was made by on e person is mind-blowing. Sure, there's a lot jank but if you manage to look past that, there's a genuinely fun time to be had. The favourite part is that the talent trees offer an incredible amount of build-variety in the same vein as a Souls game or Cyberpunk 2077. I'm really excited to try Gedonia 2 now :)

Reminds me of old school Zelda games. Quite fun tbh. Worth it at full price even.

Bought the game for 1.50$ on sale. I am enjoying my time very much with the game and I am surprised by the amount of content already available to me. I really like the skill system for unlocking abilities as WELL as proficiencies. I think my favorite thing about the game currently is that the 4 stats you set during character creation impact how you handle quests and character builds. If I made my character have 3 strength, I can just break this bandits pillory to save him. If I have 3 charisma, I can call out some dudes bs lie. It is interesting and would definitely encourage me to make multiple playthroughs with different builds. All in all, I definitely think its a good game and I would have bought it for full price as well. Edit: HOLY **** THEY HAVE CUSTOM PLAYER HOUSING AND BASE BUILDING

Okay so this game is interesting the combat can be janky at times, the open world is amazing to run through and do quests also fighting world bosses is fun. This game does want to be WoW in a way some abilitiy logos are very clear copies of WoWs Ability logos. The cut scenes are very low fps about 5-10 and the voices are AI it is very clear. Besides all of that it is a fun game that is worth if on sale for 2 dollars.

Fun game, fairly clear and straightforward quests, quite open and free-style specialization, good advancements. Besides the items and companions, you can build houses, get a nice rides - and even fly, which can save a lot of time and makes it quite fun. Quite recommended, if you are into RPGs :)

Recommended for fans of classic or low-res adventures who enjoy an open world and a wide range of possible builds. If you don't get hung up on some budget elements, there is a lot to do and a lot of ways to do it. I would of course recommend you check out other series such as Elder Scrolls, Zelda, Icewind Dale/Baldur's Gate, but if you finished the classics or thought Roblox was good then check it out. +Variety of options, key rebinding +Music +Character customization +Voiced dialogue +Open world, adventure +Variety of quests, dungeons +Manual and auto-saving +Variety of crafting/recipes +Variety of equipment and spells +Many spell schools to specialize +Choice of skills on level up +Overall, good amount of content and depth -Dated visuals, pop-in issues -Clunky combat -Low quality voice, volume often too quiet -Some awkward translations -Awkward multiple menus/windows -Skill points take double investment -Tooltips don't show rebound keys -No dungeon map -Clunky fishing -Weak story -Very limited hotbar for skills -Some balance issues
