needs to be free considering its a lazily executed idea for a game, that could be amazing if the mechanics were better fleshed out. no tutorial. ripoff.

Well. I played a game of it. I even WON THE GAME and I still have no clue what the hell I am doing. Congrats on making a game that fails to have any sort of explanation of how it works.

what i liked about this game is that it can be calm one moment and action packed the next. the strategies I can use can be very dynamic. were i have my complaint, is that i can not choose to be a non human player. difficulty is determined by how close to resources the AI is not how well the AI uses those resources. the help page is clear in some parts and is vague in others. i would like to see the player have more powers.

Not worth a buck, far as I can tell. Things are poorly explained where they're explained at all, and there are zero quality of life considerations. No telling what zones are contested, what lines affect which squares, or what bonuses give you. Wanted to like it.

It's o.k. for the price. Achievements a bit broke - it gave me hard and very hard after I had beaten easy. Beaten hard since (honestly).
Quite relaxing.

When I first looked at this game I thought this might be shovel ware that some one got through the green light process. I took one look at the price which was $0.50, during the 2019 winter sale, and thought what the heck lets see what happens. Turns out this is a pretty simple game that can suck you in for hours. I have already played a good two hours and can see myself investing a couple more down the road whenever I feel like playing a puzzle game. Most of the reviews for the game complain about the lack of instructions, but if you look at the top right after you start a game you will notice an Instruct Button. This button tells you ALL you need to know to play this game. Would highly recommend this game for the price that I payed. Hell even the full price of $1.00 doesn't seem too bad. The scope of the game is very short but the replay ability is up there due to its randomly generated maps.

Nice board game, for the small price you get a nice little game that will let you waste some hours.
I really liked it and reminds me of some game I did with my classmates with paper and pen and we had to fill in squares in a paper sheet with dots which closely resemble the "population" thing here
Well done

I’d probably go with a mixed review if I could. It’s not the worst game I’ve played, but it’s not something that I’ll replay over and over again either. I’ll go with a thumbs down because the gameplay should be explained better.
The game itself is a very simple board game. Just keep adding green population to the board. If you expand next to a resource, then you will collect a bonus each turn. Eventually you expand next to the other populations and you will try to assimilate each other. Some assimilation occurs automatically each turn, but the exact mechanics of assimilation are not explained. This is frustrating because assimilating the other colors is the lion’s share of the game.

While the core concept is interesting, it seems little love has been put into this game. There are spelling mistakes in the text, the graphics are poor, the interface is lacking, the rules are poorly explained, and there is no tutorial, or campaign as such. It's almost like a little concept demo, as opposed to an actual game.
