I have a weak spot for games like this in that they can actually scare me, but your results may vary. It's not a puzzle game, it's an "anomaly detection" game made from what are probably recycled assets. You are basically walking through the same hallway over and over and trying to figure out what has changed. It was inspired by the cancelled Silent Hill "PT" project but it plays more like one of these anomaly detection games on Steam. I guess what makes it spooky to me is the fact that you are in the dark and while you are looking for changes the game is good at catching you off guard and shocking you, with two really effective jump scares.
That said, it's barely a game since you're not penalized for wrong guesses and if you complete it it just loops endlessly, though I suppose that fits in line with the story. I can't say I love this game but it was a nice experience and I like what it set out to do, even though a real puzzle element or something to figure out would have been nice.
