Very well worth, ive been following neural network incorporated games and this one takes the cake so far.
Team building is addicting and there are countless of strategies that you can discover in the game. Within my time playing, ive also witnessed some meta's that other users use. It's fun seeing how your team and your rivals/opponents teams evolve as days go by. Seeing familiar names in the review section as I type this too :)

If you have been intrigued by AI researchers showing AIs trained to overcome obstacles and fight, this game is made for you. Set up a training scenario and watch them learn by fighting hundreds of battles per minute. I often have it running in the background attempting to train some interesting behavior.
A bit early access feel at this point, but major bugs have been ironed out already by the responsive developer.

Building your team in this game is really neat since there's a lot of room to experiment, it can be a little grindy since you need to spend some time training them and winning matches to get some items, but overall its pretty fun.
Also, there's a high chance you'll like this game if you're into AI and all those deep learning shenanigans.
Really fun and a nice time killer, pretty cheap too. Definitely worth giving a shot.

Really fun game you can let it run in the background and enjoy it.
Cant wait for the updates and see what more fun things you can do with it.
You can let it run in the background training your bots until you are happy with the results. And then battle other players for a quick match.
Its also extremely fun to watch how neural networks help train AI.
- quick tip - since I didnt see a tutorial - to get new upgrade battle items just by participate in battles

In this game you get a dinusourodogomeow, a small pet to train, you train it badly to be agressive and kill other dinusourodogomeows or help your other dinusourodogomeows kill goups of dinusourodogomeows. or train it to be a traget in tranning for other dinusourodogomeows.
and they have actuall brain so they are alive.

Having much fun already. The game is yet quite simple and UI is a little bit buggy, but the monsters learn quite well and there is a nice variety of items and also team fights which make room for nice and diverse strategies. I'd been missing a game like this, so I payed full price and it was already worth it but, of course, I do expect and hope for more, as the game has a very good potential, even for people who aren't so much into AI as most of current players probably are.
It is not very interactive for most of the time it is running, indeed, but skill matters. For most part the game is a loop of planning, designing a train plan, start it, going afk, coming back to see what's going on, tuning items/plan/rewards and fighting against other players' monsters for items and rankings. Well, feels good for me.

Very fun and promising game. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the future. I already like my derklings quite a bit and getting a new egg to train is exciting.
EDIT: GAME HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY ABANDONED!

Making a game which incorporates neural networks is difficult to accomplish but the creator made a great attempt at it and created a good game.
I think the only disappointment I have is the lack of any recent updates and it seems like the creator has dropped the project at this point.

This game plays itself, its plain and simple.
But my opinion is its not my forte.
Just be sure to know what you're actually getting into when playing this game.
The game plays itself but most of the monsters are very very dumb in the beginning and will take a long time to understand what you want it to do.
This game is a game of patience and plays like one of those minecraft drag the code block games, with your input only being telling it what to do with commands rather than controlling it yourself.
some people may like this game, and that's great for them, but this is a game of patience that plays itself, do not expect a lot of player control.

Very fair price for what you're getting. It's interesting to experiment with, and fun to compete with other players. Hopefully there'll be a lot more of those soon! :)
Super easy to understand and get into, even if you're clueless about AI or neural networks. You'll be equipping your creatures with items and putting them into a custom training arena, where you can decide on the fly if and how much to punish or reward them for certain actions. When you think they've learned enough for now to get higher up the leaderboards, you can put them to the test against other players' teams.
Once you begin a training session it continues automatically until you stop it, so I find that it's the perfect type of thing to have running on the side or in the background while multitasking on my PC, periodically checking in on how it's going and adjusting things as needed.
The dev so far seems quite responsive to feedback or suggestions, which can be conveniently sent and discussed via the in-game UI.
