While the concept isn't new, Polyrun is a fresh breath of air in an otherwise stagnant genre of gaming.
The game is simple fun and you can easily pass away hours in such a delightful game. It is fun and addictive and gets you hooked, easily. I hope to see more from this developer.
This game is worth buying for the fun times to enjoy

Firstly, full disclaimer; I know the devs as personal friends, I did purchase this product with the mind to support them. I'm going to try write as unbiased a review as possible with that said however.
Firstly, Polyrun is a infinite runner, but has several nice additions to the game that i consider it worth buying
just for the gameplay differences between it and other similar titles. Three different modes make the game rather unique, and with two of them being Multiplayer focused does seem to add extra replayabilty, or just fun to play with a friend or two casually in either versus or tournement mode. (As of this review, i have only played single player, but both modes are appealing too me, and will likely be tested and this review updated for them.) It features a cosmetic store, but said cosmetics are only available through in game earned currency.
The controls are remarkably tight and responsive. (almost too responsive at first, but i apreicated their snappyness at higher levels of play) with various control suits available for Singleplayer. Single player is controled via A/D keyboard keys, or alternatively LMB RMB on the mouse. Multiplayer p2 appears to use left/ right arrows. There appears to be limited controler input in game as well. (As of review, MP and Controler untested). My only concern is that these controls do not seem to be changable.
There is a in game cosmetic store, in which items are unlocked solely through in game progress (No micro transactions or any other form of charges). The game will also give you a item if you've played for a hour and beat your previous high score. Some items are specifically designed with alot of effort in the game, and will react with your character in very polished and smooth animations. My only concern is how long it may take to earn currency for these cosmetics, although the free random item upon beating highscores does help offset this.
Graphics were fairly optimised, and under all conditions was able to run it stably using the best settings 30FPS to as high as 60 FPS - using my 2015 era, 1080p laptop (I have a better system that i will most likely use in my second revision of this review). They are a rather nice style IMO, and are always functional and represent gameplay well.
Other notes:
This game does have online leaderboards, pretty cool feature to play with, as i recognised friends on there. They are entirely optional if they're not your thing.
Overall, considering the price, and the replayabilty i rate this 4/5.

Good, simple fun. The concept is not new, but the execution is well done which is the important thing. Nice music that fits the game well. Customisation gives you something to work towards between attempts.
Most importantly, it hits that 'just one more try' feeling perfectly. Once you get started it's hard to put down.
Well worth the few bucks
