Dust to the End Reviews
Nuclear war ended human civilization, but it could never uproot the evil within our hearts. Fight, trade, negotiate, raid– do whatever it takes to survive in the wasteland. You will have to be as clever as ruthless to thrive in a broken world, torn by war, cruelty, hunger and slavery.

Quickly obvious that it's going to be an uninspired, repetitive slog through a crowded desert.
Further marred by a severe lack of quality of life features (information, options, actions in the correct screens...)
With an asinine typewriter effect on top, as if English was written in ideograms.
So, with a character sheet being all about combat, I expected the latter to be the recipient of all design efforts.
Nope.
Rubbish as well.
All RNG, zero tactical depth, no oomph, no more stimulation than simulation.
So bad and aware of its worth that an auto-battle button is patched in.
Lots of mechanics get introduced, unfortunately none of them seems to inspire entertainment; more like additional grind.

This is a cheap knock off of any know license of post apocalyptic video game.
First 5 minutes :
- Doesn't support any higher resolution. Even Baldur's Gates 1 and 2 are able to do that now.
- Doesn't use voices, even in cut scenes
- everything rely on a text, even in cut scenes where the text skip to the next line after half a second, leaving you unable to read 2 or 3 lines of text.
- A lot of redundancy in the dialogues.

there are a few games that really master trading
most of them have this as a side concept and not really well implemented. this game has it as a core concept and it's incredibly deep and immersive. if you love buying product and selling it with a profit with all sorts of complications, buy this

Enjoyed it more than dustland delivery. Its amazing how much making your combat system at least half fun can enhance a trading game,
