Whoever thought that a tiny little hook on a wooden window is enough to make a huge difference for a werewolf to break free or not, is ridiculous. I didn't realize those pixels exist.

My personal opinion is that Don't Escape Trilogy is superior to Deep Sleep Trilogy of games. Though latter has more of a horror approach, the former games have great sense of exploration and trying to solve the underlying mistery. The concept is great and it felt good to remind myself of these games as I already played them long time ago back in the flash era days.
Great trilogy that I would recommend to absolutely anyone, 9/10.
I already played Don't Escape: 4 days to survive a while ago, this trilogy made me want to replay that one again!

Nice simple short Flash-era adventure games with some variety. Ultimately just appetisers for Don't Escape 4, which is great.

If you've been around long enough, you've probably played these as flash games on newgrounds. Essentially these are like those escape room games but with the reverse goal in mind. You point and click different items in different locations and different scenarios across the 3 games. You use these items in order to solve puzzles with the goal being to barricade yourself from the outside world and stay safe.

Fun sense of adventure and multiple different endings that encourage exploration and variety in your gameplay. Trying to get the achievements will really make you use your noggin! Very fun and good little casual horror themed point and click adventures.

A neat package of three short choose-your-own-adventure games.
The graphics are.. what they are.
You could describe them as charming pixel art or one level above MS-Paint.
I'm leaning towards the former.
The same can kind of be said for the audio really.
There is not a lot of music in the game, but it also didn't get on my nerves at any time so it's good.
And the same can, and will, be said about the sound effects.
The gameplay is as I mentioned earlier of the choose your own adventure variety.
Every game gives you a certain amount of time you can spend on actions such as traveling long distances or fixing something.
You go around the different locations and collect things and occasionally use said things to perform actions, I wouldn't go so far as calling these puzzles. And when you've done all that you wanted to do or ran out of time, the day ends.
And when the day ends the different variables or 'flags' are taken into account to determine the end of the game and story.
I enjoy this style of game.
It's fairly uncommon and the shortness of the individual games means you can start again and try something different to see how it will impact the story.
I also found it interesting to kind of see the development/growth of the developer from game 1 to 3.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone without an aversion to adventure games.
For roughly the price of a sandwich you get three short stories with multiple endings (bad and good).

Great trilogy! The games are all clever with difficulty that shouldn't be impossible but will make you think. The stories may be short but they are pretty original, I think it was absolutely worth it

For those reading out there, this game, or trilogy is a must. I remember touching this game back when I was in elementary when Don't escape 2 came out. It's psychological horror, progression of story, and time based game play, makes this game such a phenomenal game to play. Don't escape 1; you're a werewolf, Don't Escape 2; You're in a zombie infested world, and lastly, Don't Escape 3; You're an astronaut researcher who came to a sudden realization that everyone on board the ship is dead. This game cross many themes and it's just worth sitting through all of em.

Really fun and creative games, with reasonable price. Hitboxes are a bit frustrating at times but they don't ruin the experience!
