It's original, it's cute, it's WEIRD for sure, and in a sea of 'me too' games that clone literally every element out there in gaming, Tusker's doesn't try to be anything other than what it is. A goofball adventure in originality. So yeah. One thing negative I do agree with. It's too short. Way too short. Took me 45 minutes to play through. But. That isn't to say it's not worth the $5 asking price for something this original. Developers like this deserve to be supported and give kudos for being weird. Steam needs more of what devs like this have to offer. Definitely short. But recommended.

Honestly a fun little time burner, although I think it would be better if they changed the media to make it look much more normal and let the malware/darkweb bits reveal themselves through gameplay. Just be sure to do 3 runs. trust me, it's a good time.

It's a short game you'll beat in under 1 hour. Don't expect a challenge, but try to see it as an art performance, you will get more enjoyment out of it that way.

This is an amusing game. It's a children's game that is really a malware recruitment tool for a shadowy organization. There are multiple replays.

First: my playtime does include 15 minutes of "ok going to get food and leave the game on along the way", a few minutes of "let's get OBS to capture this", and a few other little things so assume 1 hour as a better estimate for 100%. The thing is that for a game in this genre to work at least one of the plot and the minigames have to pop and though there are a few interesting moments with the minigames...they just don't. The puzzles are way too straightforward and after awhile I just found myself audibly (and in text) making fun of some of the dialogue/characters. People that are up for that will love this, but I'm not that person.

Not sure if I can recommend this game. It's very slow and plodding and the metanarrative stuff just isn't that interesting. It's just a very slow and unengaging game. Kind of unfortunate.

An attempt at a glitchcore game. The programming is correct but that's all, it's far from the subtlety or brilliance of the best games in the genre. The game itself is pretty short with less than one hour of play. The worst offense is that the devs waste your time by trying to force you into more playthroughs that contain no difference except in the silly texts. Play Pony Island instead

Not nearly as good as Pony Island. Not trying to spoil anything, so all I can say is that the game was never convincing for me.

I kind of wish there was a "maybe?" on the recommendation column. It's not expensive and it doesn't take long to beat, but if you've played anything in this genre, you will get what's going on long before you get the chance to get immersed. I hate to give this a downvote because I like the ideas and world behind this, but ultimately, the "the game is not what it seems" subgenre is pretty crowded (Pony Island, Doki Doki obviously come to mind) and this one just isn't ambitious enough to execute on its premise in a way that is fulfilling or thought-provoking. All that said, I would absolutely play a new game from this developer just to see new ideas they had. I'm convinced that Tusker's--and the dev, by proxy--have something good going on at their core.

A short, wtf am I playing, type of game. Wish there were a little more to it with a little less directness (THIS IS NOT A GAME over and over). Either way, I still enjoyed it and look forward to more.
